Abstract:Controlling the commercial bribery in the course of institutional transition means activity measures should be taken to deal with the certain acts which seriously undermined or threaten the market order. Although control mechanism has taken shape initially by now in our country, which makes foundation for the further steps, independent values of control mechanism influenced by the traditional opinions on treatment of commercial bribe is still not visible. The control mechanism oriented by government and the campaign-period pattern are two important reasons which limit the development of rectification. Furthermore, the lag of rules, the fuzziness of object and absence of interior control, lead to the difficulty in carrying out the measures and increasing the efficiency on treatment. Therefore, innovation of control mechanism on commercial bribe should be carry into execution. On the base of updating idea and perfecting control system, we should make object clear, complete the rules and constitute a social mutual form oriented by state ultimately.
