The Punishment to Business Bribery: Present Situation and Countermeasures

Abstract:To deal with the business bribery,two measures could be taken: to punish it or to deracinate it.In order to carry out the former,the legislative and judicial ignorance to the business bribery must be remedied;a bottom line to the crime must be set;strict punishment should also be imposed to the crime.On the legislation aspect,lower the standard of identifying the crime of business bribery;let no criminals slip though the net.On the judicial aspect,execute the law strictly;put the high cost prescribed in the law for business bribery into practice.Stop the fast spread of business bribery by making the criminal pay more than before for bribery,and further more,to make the elimination of the business bribery possible.
