Abstract:The invention discloses a tester for measuring a weight difference threshold by a constant stimulus method. The tester comprises a bracket, wherein a wheel disk is arranged on the bracket; the wheel disk is connected with an output shaft of a motor below the bracket, and the motor is connected with a controller; a guiding groove is formed at one side of the wheel disk, and one end, far away from the wheel disk, of the guiding groove is connected with a blocking plate; a blocking plate hole is formed in the blocking plate; a plurality of grooves are formed in the wheel disk along the circumferential direction, a test block is arranged in each groove, and the test blocks are different in weight; a plurality of buttons are further arranged on the bracket and are connected with the controller; the controller is connected with an upper computer. The tester has the beneficial effects that the tester can be used for recording data automatically, so that error rate is lowered; manual replacement of the test blocks is not required during testing, so that accuracy is improved, and the intensity of labor is reduced.
