Abstract:The present invention provides a wind power ductile cast iron iron ferrite and preparation method thereof, a 3.3 ~ 3.7% C, 0.8 ~ 1.2% Si, 0.1 ~ 0.3% Mn, <0.05% P, <0.07% S in the original iron conventionally at 1430 ~ 1450 ℃ spheroidizing agent spheroidization treatment, addition of inoculant for inoculation at 1380 ~ 1420 ℃, followed by addition of the original quality of molten iron 0.01% to 0.05% of Sb at 1320 ~ 1330 ℃, i.e. to give wind cast iron ductile iron was ferrite, which has a mass percent composition of 3.3 ~ 3.7% C, 1.8 ~ 2.3% Si, 0.1 ~ 0.3% Mn, <0.05% P, <0.04% S, 0.04 ~ 0.07% mg; 0.02 ~ 0.05% Re, 0.01 ~ 0.04% Sb, the balance being Fe and trace impurities. Wind cast iron of the present invention provides a ferritic ductile iron melt can be cast for the manufacture of wind, the method provides preparing pose a limitation on hot metal components of the original, and has a low cost, high performance, simple production process and so on.
