Abstract:The Electroless Ni-P plating has various good properties,of which the anticorrosion property is very perfect.The research progress of Electroless Ni-P plating coating is briefly described;the corrosion resistance of electroless Ni-P plating coating is analyzed;the influence on anticorrosion property caused by factors such as P content,heat treatment temperature,pretreatment technology is discussed;the basic principle,reaction mechanism,anti-corrosion mechanism of electroless Ni-P plating coating is investigated;many methods such as technology optimization,adding rare earth element and electroless multi-alloy plating can improve the anti-corrosion property of electroless Ni-P plating coating;the trend of future development is pointed out.
