On the Subject of the Parties Bribery in Criminal Law

Abstract:Aiming at the parties bribery ,Amendment (VII) to the Criminal Law and the past several judicial interpretations pursuing "problem solving" principle ,has introduced the "particular parties","close relationships"as the main body of crime .Because the connotation of these terms is fuzzy and cannot be clearly defined ,both lacking in unity and coordination ,they cannot be carried out well in judicial prac-tice .At the same time ,scholars usually interpret the above terms from the form and cannot draw a scien-tific and practical conclusion .To combat "party bribery"effectively ,we should give a substantial explana-tion of the subject and unify "parties"and main body .
