Abstract:In view of control,the research background and contents on the networked control systems based of field bus are introduced in this paper.Networked control systems is a discipline as the combination of network and control science which covers a wide subjects.First,the three mathematic models of networked control systems are discussed, which consist of short network-induced delay with the controller time or event driven,and long network-induced delay with the controller event driven.Second,the mean value controllability,mean square controllability, mean value observability and mean square observability of networked control systems are analyzed. Third,several methods of controller design under the conditions of networked systems are intrduced.Finally.a further discussion on performance improvement of networked control systems in the furture is proposed.

Abstract:After the communication system in ITS is introduced briefly, its hierarchy of the communication system is presented. By analyzing the strong and weak points of standardized fieldbus, a new hierarchy communication system framework is presented in the paper, in which the widely accepted standards of higher layer are kept unchanged while the lower layer taking a new solution based on modified fieldbus. In order to demonstrate the feasibility, a prototype system is introduced.

Abstract:In order to solve problem that the control points of intelligent buildings varies and quantity are large,this dissertation presents a design of the control system of intelligent buildings based on embedded system techniques.The system uses a MODBUS protocol,485/232 bus structure,freely combines district controllers and control modules to form the control network which covers a maximum communication distance of 1200m.Now the system functions well.

Abstract:The evolvement of the industrial field control system is brief reviewed. Its main contents include intelligent device and instrument, distributed control system, fieldbus and industry Ethernet. In the past several years, the standard of Ethernet had been improved much especially on determination, speed and information priority. Recently, industrial Ethernet has been combined with fieldbus and gradually infiltrate into the layer of industrial field devices. After stating the use of Ethernet in industry field and giving some examples, the paper comes to a conclusion: the combination of Ethernet and fieldbus is the future of industry automation.

Abstract:In the area of measurement and control, an intelligent network is a developing direction and hotspot in research. In this paper, an intelligent network control system of domestic electronic devices is brought forward. The system's three layers frame of network are given, which include household embedded network gateway of home with web server, device gateway, and RS485 field bus. Abstract:European installation bus (EIB) is a kind of distributed network bus which faced to building and home control. The principle and configuration of EIB system and the EIB technology were introduced. Aiming at distributed, opening, mutual characters of EIB, the illumination system was controlled by intelligent installation system which based on ABB I-Bus. The single mode, complexity installation, diseconomy running of traditional illumination system were changed by EIB. The inextricable difficulties by traditional control methods were resolved and some modern control requirements were realized.

Abstract:Design means of fuzzy control system is introduced based on fieldbus control technology.An intelligent fuzzy measurement and control system based on PA bus interface for temperature in rotary kiln is designed by using dual single chip computer AT89S52 and AT90S8515.The hardware circuits of Profibus-PA bus communication interface and temperature measurement interface of rotary kiln are designed by using ASIC chips SPC4,SIM1.The program flowchart of bus communication interface is provided.The application result shows that this system offers good control effects and reliability.

Abstract:RFID is infiltrating the core of the manufacture industry step by step. It collects real- time data of tags attached on the products in batches, which ensures matter-flow be consistent with info-flow. Integrated with MES and DCS, RFID make the production process be visible and punctual. Despite possibly being a subversive technology for manufacture industry, RFID has not shows its great superiorities. All the same, RFID is posing many challenges for extensive applications at industrial production: i) RFID don't integrates with control system so tightly and efficiently that RFID shows unreliable and inefficient to the existent systems at workshop; ii)The existent RFID interrogators almost do not support network-connecting at the equipment layer; iii)There exist various tags with various protocols and criterions which desires intelligent interrogators with the capacity of supporting multi-protocols. Thus, a general approach of RFID applications in industry is needed to efficiently automate the integration between RFID system with the control systems and business applications. In this paper, we put forward a fieldbus-based approach for the integration between RFID with the control system. RFID control unit connects with other instruments (meters, PLC, etc.) to composing a bottom fieldbus network, and it transmits the collected data to control system by fieldbus instantly. RFID integration and application panel runs at the workshop monitoring layer, it executes the configuration of the unit and user's protocol, communicates with business applications at the top layer, and monitors the state of the whole RFID system. According to new approach, RFID application adopts the mode of closed-loop band together open-loop but the simplex closed-loop mode, and RFID equipments transmit data to the control system by the fieldbus network directly, which evidently reduces the frequency of communication among the RFID equipments, control system and business applications. The approach makes RFID play the real role of info-carrier, and reliable and real-time data transmission could be realized, then RFID really becomes the vivid 'eye' of control system. Thereby, the declarative approach should be a feasible resolution to the problem above.
