Abstract:A measurement and control system based on PROFIBUS field bus was designed for TRPO process, with WinPLC7 and KingView 5.0. The experiments were carried out with automation control system and good results were obtained.

Abstract:In view of control,the research background and contents on the networked control systems based of field bus are introduced in this paper.Networked control systems is a discipline as the combination of network and control science which covers a wide subjects.First,the three mathematic models of networked control systems are discussed, which consist of short network-induced delay with the controller time or event driven,and long network-induced delay with the controller event driven.Second,the mean value controllability,mean square controllability, mean value observability and mean square observability of networked control systems are analyzed. Third,several methods of controller design under the conditions of networked systems are intrduced.Finally.a further discussion on performance improvement of networked control systems in the furture is proposed.

Abstract:How to develop a new statistical process control (SPC) system in complicated modern manufacturing environment utilizing abundant information resources was discussed. To embed separate units in a sophisticated system, this paper proposed the principle, topology and overall solution of SPC system of hierarchy field bus-based quality control network at the level of plant and enterprise. The embedded SPC separate units were comprised of special modules designed for different simple functions. The structure of the field bus-based network, the interface of embedded industrial ethernet network, and the implementation of the control strategy of embedded SPC units were discussed, along with the principle of reliability and security. This system had characteristics of better environment flexibility, safety and credibility in practice, provides a basic plat roof for total quality control in manufacturing.

Abstract:Because the greenhouse control systems designed in the past are not adaptable in practice, a new greenhouse control system based on RS485 bus is realized in this paper. A new smart sensor block is developed in the system to acquire field environment factor, which can reduce complex routing and increase reliability of the whole system. The model of solar greenhouse is introduced and fuzzy control is adopted in control unit. Besides, a friendly human-computer interface is developed by LabVIEW. Abstract:As one of European standard(EN5070), PROFIBUS is based on a simplified TTP (time-triggered protocol) and is a well welcome fieldbus to guarantee real-time communication for industrial application. The deficiency of present shedulability on token rotation time, never related to the sequence of token rotation that controls the slots for message response in master stations. Based on the character of industrial application, a holistic shedulability using graph theory is given, and a method is described to improve the temporal function of PROFIBUS.

Abstract:The paper mainly discusses the implementation of WinCC in production supervisory of MPS module production integrated system based on applied figure and warning configuration under PROFIBUS-DP communication.The communication between PC epigynous machine and PLC based on WinCC is established by PROFIBUS-DP.Supervisory on auto assembling production is realized by configuration of three-dimensional figure frame,dynamic display and connections of relative variables.Warning configuration can supply failure information for operator.All of them assure the reliable operation for MPS auto production system.

Abstract:Aiming at the control requirements of air compressor station of package test workshop in a silicon chip factory,this paper introduces a remote control method based on PLC and filedbus. This method makes use of advanced filedbus technology in modern industrial automation which includes DH+、Remote I/O and Modbus to connect air compressors and PLC controller by which the air compres-sors can be easily monitored. Based on the analysis of requirements of the control system,this paper presents an overall scheme of the monitoring system,introduces the hardware and software configuration,and illustrates the function blocks and adjusting method of the system in detail. The result of the operation indicates the monitoring system works well and meets the requirements desired.

Abstract:This article first introduces the basic concepts and principles of PROFIBUS technology, and then elaborates on its application status in the field of industrial automation from three aspects: manufacturing, process control, and drive technology, including its wide range of applications and advantages. Subsequently, the main challenges currently faced by PROFIBUS technology were analyzed, such as integration with emerging industrial Ethernet technologies, data security issues, and the complexity of system upgrades and maintenance. Finally, the article looks forward to the future development trends of PROFIBUS technology, including further integration with industrial Ethernet technology and the introduction of encryption algorithms to enhance data security. Overall, PROFIBUS is a mature fieldbus technology. Still crucial in the field of industrial automation. However, with the development of new technologies and changes in application requirements, its future development still faces many challenges and opportunities.

Abstract:The fieldbus technology is applied to the auto-control system of the coal unload workshop. The setting-up of the model, the design and the realization of the fieldbus control system are discussed. High-low voltage control systerm structure is analysed. Hardware of fieldbus and communication cards is designed. And the key points of the realization of the system are designated. The prospect of the fieldbus in controlling is also discussed. Abstract:To increase the fieldbus experiments,a distributed control system was designed based on Profibus to improve the current experimental teaching system,which included Siemens PLC S7 315-2DP(main station),PIO-AI20 analog signal collector(slave station),CP-PB-1.0 Communications Controller,4-channel analog output module and 16-channel digital output module.In order not to affect the function of the original equipments,the relays were used to fulfil electrical isolation.The field test shows that the original and new systems can work single-handedly and keep stable,which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the improving method.

Abstract:In this paper a new intelligent dual-line lubricant bus system was introduced. SIEMENS PLC is central controller, the PROFIBUS is the communication mode, the touch screen is to show the working status data and set data can be input through it in this system. Through measuring the oil temperature, oil pressure, and pressure difference etc signals, the system can automatically control the oil to be sent to the different lubricant point on time and quantitatively. It can be proved that this system can raise the working efficiency, saving the manpower and material resources. It will have a good applied foreground.
