Abstract:A set of measuring and controlling instrument that integrates functions of a sine-wave generator, an AC digital voltmeter and a frequency-rate counter, and a suit of specially-designed software are used to make it easy for users to get the characters of transducers such as sensitivity, linearity and frequency response. Both the hardware and software schemes of the instrument is analyzed and evaluated. Experimental results prove that the system is suitable for calibration of vibration transducers. The system has greatly improved the efficiency of the calibration at lower cost.

Abstract:To overcome the problems in the checking of auto air-condition compressor, such as uncontinuous process, long period, notable artifical effect and so on, we design an auto air-condition compressor checking system. This system, using SIEMENS SIMATIC S7-300 PLC and OP170B, can complete all checking items automatically. This paper presents the main characters of this system including equipments, control flow, hardware design and software programming. Practice has proved that this system can improve the checking rate remarkably and guarantee the checking accuracy so that it fulfills the design requirement.

Abstract:This paper presents a project in the exam reform of circuit theory and experiment at Zhejiang University,which focuses on how to convert a single-phase AC source to three-phase one.Two simple and efficient methods are proposed in the project and applied to practice further.The results obtained form theory analysis,simulation and experiments show the feasibility of the proposed methods at given output power.At last,some experiences about the exam reform are also given.It is obvious that knowledge,ability and quality are cultivated all together in this reform.

Abstract:Structure,design,technology and field applications of steam turbine vibration sensor fault diagnosis and calibrator equipment were proposed.Based on LabVIEW,interfaces of host computer and console computer and amplitude domain,time do-main,frequency domain analysis model of detective signals were developed. Advantech data collection and signal conditioning modules were used to achieve connection the instrument with bearing vibration sensors,shaft vibration sensors keyphasor sensors and data collection.Fault analysis and diagnostic algorithms and database settings which were used to store collection data were realized with MATLAB.With the comprehensive field test,it is proved that online monitoring,signal analysis and fault diagnosis of vibration sensors at field can be done with this equipment.After transition,it can be used as an online reliable steam turbine vibra-tion monitoring tool in thermal power plants,nuclear power plants and hydropower plants and some other fields with large rotating machinery vibration.

Abstract:To improve the technical performance of home made distortion meter, an active T bridge fundamental frequency suppression circuit was developed, which has high suppression capability for fundamental frequency and low attenuation for harmonics. An automatic frequency tuning method was proposed, and corresponding circuit for implementing this method was designed, which improves the technical level of the distortion meter. The practice proves that the enhanced distortion meter has the attractive qualities such as simple structure, high precision, wide test range, convenient for operation and low price.

Abstract:Aiming at features of different types of bridges,this paper presented index system of health-monitoring system and condition assessment on-line for R.C.& P.C.bridges in service according to current technical code and specifications for relative bridge in China.Sensors layout principle and general sensors layout project of stresses and displacements in health monitoring system for concrete bridge is discussed.The corresponding system design modules and top flow charts of data analysis are given.The presented index system of health monitoring system and condition assessment system,general sensors layout project of stresses and displacements and design of system modules have important guidance meaning and practical value for health-monitoring and maintenance management of R.C.& P.C.bridges in service.

Abstract:The principle and design method of alternating current testing instrument with wide rang is introduced.In this instrument,two-stage current transformers are used as current shunt,log-antilog amplifiers are used to perform true rms-to-dc conversion,and rms voltage is sampled by ultralinear analog to digital converter.There is not any adjustable element in the circuit because of advanced auto-calibration introduced.Experimental results show that the linearity of rms-to-dc conversion is up to 0.02% in the range from 45 Hz to 65 Hz.

Abstract:In this paper, we design an automation test platform for the preloaded assembly of harmonic reducer, it can realize multi parameter measurement with high precision. The device is composed of electric control system and test workbench, electric control system including PC104 control unit, sensors and signal conditioning circuit, signal acquisition and control board, motor control card, serial communication module, servo motor and controller. The equipment can test pre-tightening force of harmonic reducer, starting torque, frictional moment and shaft stiffness. By experimental verification, this test platform measurement precision is better than the actual testing requirements, and the system has the advantages of simple operation, stable performance.

Abstract:In the field of high-precision instrument measurement and measurement system development, it is necessary to further improve the accuracy of digital multimeters. As one of the important functions of multimeter, the measurement accuracy of AC voltage RMS also needs to be further improved. In this paper, the high-precision AC voltage RMS measurement technology is studied. By using AC digital sampling, the uncertainty of AC voltage RMS measurement is 40ppm through the integration algorithm based on equivalent sampling and the sampling time base jitter error suppression based on zero-crossing detection. The experimental results show that the developed AC digital sampling system works stably and reliably, and can realize the measurement of high-precision AC voltage RMS.

Abstract:Employing eddy current transducer to measure radial vibration and speed at the turbine shaft and aid installation of eddy current transducer, a new type of ACM testing system based on FPGA and PCI bus interface is designed. This system could control the opening angle of valves with software program and acquire different type of transducer signals, which could be analyzed in time domain or frequency domain and be processed in real time. The testing system satisfies the demand of the ACM maintenance manual in functions and precision. Abstract:On-line accurate monitoring for capacitive-type equipment insulation is a difficult problem at home and abroad, in order to decrease the interference on site and to improve the measurement precision of system, an on-line monitoring system for capacitive-type equipment insulation is designed. The system adopts a tiered and distributed multi-CPU structure, which is composed of the on-site measuring and processing unit, and data management and diagnosis system in the control room of substation. The on-site measuring and processing unit is based on DSP+FPGA hardware platform. The windows and interpolation algorithm is applied to effectively reduce the influence of asynchronous sampling caused by frequency fluctuation of power system and to increase the precision. On the basis of analyzing the influential factors of on-line monitoring system, some correlative methods for this system are proposed to increase the measurement precision. Based the simulating environments test conducted in the lab, the test results are compared with those by standard dielectric M-8000 loss measurement apparatus, the absolute errors are all less than 0.1%, it is proved that measurement accuracy of this system can meet the demands of on-site monitoring.

Abstract:The working efficiency of leak-checking unit in the compressor assembly line is not high,and tiredness of operator is rather high,so the work study is needed to do for this unit.According to the principles of Ergonomics,some factors in working intensity had been analyses using the on-spot observation and analysis of video.Changing the height of the working table and adding some equipment,as well as simply manual operation,the working step is improved and working intensity is reduced.Some operation had been simulated using JACK software to analysis the improved effects.Some suggestion had been given for rebuild the assembly line.
