Abstract:Objective To identify the outcomes and effect of applying the health check-up nursing quality control system developed as supervised by JCI quality assessment standards.Methods The monitoring system for nursing quality in the health check-up department is established within the framework of the hospital quality improvement committee and in line with characteristics of the department.Quality improvement tools may be called into play for analysis and decision making to revolve critical problems found in health check-up nursing,upgrading nursing quality and customer satisfaction.Results Significant rise of health check-up quality and customer satisfaction for nurses,and the nurses are trained in quality control knowledge and get further involved in quality management of their department.Conclusion Health check-up nursing management system under the JCI standard is conducive to raising the nursing quality,and helps nurses with problem analysis and solution.

Abstract:Satisfaction survey of medical equipment after-sales service is one of the approaches for hospitals to monitor after-sales service quality of the suppliers. This paper puts forward a set of indicators and methods for medical equipment after-sales service satisfaction survey, adjusts traditional statistical methods, quantiifes medical equipment after-sales service satisfaction degree, in order to provide some references for later purchase, maintenance and management of devices.

Abstract:With the introduction of the medical equipment supervision and management regulations and other related systems, the supervision over medical equipment is also constantly enhanced. According to the large-scale equipment maintenance quality inspection among the medical institutions under Class II (including private ones), feedback of current situation has been collected and analyzed. Some suggestions are put forward to further improve the large-scale medical equipment maintenance quality, such as the establishment of core maintenance parameter tables, quality evaluation database and customer satisfaction evaluation.

Abstract:Objective To increase pass rate of equipments,and improve equipment quality through PDCA so as to reduce tangle and conflict between doctor and patient.Methods Quality control was conducted to 6 categories of equipment including DR,electro-cardiac monitor,infusion pump,ventilator,high-frequency electrotome and infant incubator by PDCA.Results Unqualified medical equipments were taken risk assessment,standard adjustment and maintenance.Conclusion The QC of medical equipment is standardized and systematized by PDCA.

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the medical equipment quality control work which need to be improved in Shanghai medical institutions, and evaluate the acceptability of hospital management team on regional medical equipment quality control checks and standard, so as to seek the corresponding solutions.Methods: The 92 copies of self-designed "medical equipment management standard questionnaire" was distributed, 76 valid questionnaires were reveived, the received rate of 83%.Results: Only 70% of the people thought the major difficulty is the shortage of medical equipment management staff; 97% thought the quality control has great impact on improvement of medical equipment management. Quality control center determined the annual topics about the problems and needs to form the problem oriented, team based, expert resource collaborative working model. And studied and formulated three specifications and recommendations templates. We carried out a four-month intensive training and received critical acclaim.Conclusion: Medical equipment management staff proposed new requirements. Questionnaire objectively reflected the difficulties in the quality control inspection work, but also pointed out the direction for the future management of the quality of promotion. It provided the thought to improve the quality management and to enhance management methods and training models in the future.

Abstract:The article introduced the necessity of research and the development of the test equipment of medical imaging quality control and assurance, the status quo of test equipment, and the work we are going to do. The article began with the necessity of implement quality control and assurance of medical imaging, and its status quo in China and overseas. Abstract:It has been widely accepted in modern pharmaceutical industry that quality cannot be tested into products , instead quality should be built-in by design . However , the implementation of Quality by Design ( QbD ) in development , manufacture and supervision of traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM ) still remains to be a challenge . The program of safety re-evaluation of TCM injections provides an opportunity to practice QbD approach in TCM industry . This paper discussed some potential ways that improve the quality of TCM injec-tions base on QbD related tools , including identification of critical quality attributes , critical process parameters and critical material attributes, development of design space and control strategy.

Abstract:Background: Professional, standardized, and scientific management of the disinfection supply room is the prerequisite to ensure medical quality and improve the comprehensive strength of the hospital. This study aimed to evaluate the application of the defect management improvement mode of the Joint Commission International (JCI) standard in improving the cleaning and disinfection effect as well as the management quality of instruments in the central sterile supply department (CSSD).Methods: From January 2020 to December 2020, 32 medical staff in the hospital CSSD were divided into control and observation groups according to the random number table method, with 16 staff members in each group. The control group adopted the standardized management mode and the observation group adopted the defect management improvement mode based on the JCI standard. During the management period, we compared the disinfection effect and incidence of adverse events of the instruments and articles in the CSSD of the two groups, and evaluated the work and satisfaction of both groups of subjects. Linear correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to determine the influencing factors of satisfaction.Results: During the standardized management, the instruments and articles were used 611 times in the control group and 602 times in the observation group. The cleaning qualified rate, infection awareness rate, standard implementation rate, hand hygiene implementation rate, theoretical knowledge score, and practical operation ability of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower compared to the control group (P<0.05), and the satisfaction scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The total satisfaction score is independently related to the training method, educational background, and professional title.Conclusions: Adopting the defect management improvement mode under the JCI standard for CSSD is conducive to improving the cleaning effect of instruments, enhancing the work situation and job satisfaction of medical staff, and reducing the incidence of adverse events.Trial Registration: Chinese Clinical Trial Registry ChiCTR2100053068.

Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of PDCA cycle quality management in RICU instrument and equipment management. Methods In order to improve the operation quality and efficiency of department management, The PDCA cycle quality management method had been used in the management of RICU instruments and equipment. The effects of PDCA cycle quality management before and after the implementation were compared, and the satisfaction survey was conducted. Results After the implementation of PDCA cycle quality management, the rate of Instruments and equipment with complete accessories was improved (P<0.05), and the rate of equipment with stained surface was significantly reduced (P<0.01). In the analysis of satisfaction survey results, after the implementation of PDCA cycle quality management, the satisfaction of medical staff on instruments and equipment and the satisfaction of patients on inpatient services were significantly improved (P<0.01). Conclusion PDCA cycle quality management method can improve the management efficiency of RICU instrument and equipment, and has high application value in medical equipment management.

Abstract:Objective To study the quality assurance(QA) and quality control(QC) of PACS image display device in the department of radiology equipped with PACS and radiology information system (RIS). Methods Routine maintenance and periodic calibration were performed using photometer and automatic calibration software according to American Association of Physicists in Medicine Task Group 18 (AAPM TG18) test patterns and evaluating criterion. Digital image and communication in medicine (DICOM) gray scale standard display function (GSDF) standard calibration ,maximum luminance and minimum luminance,luminance uniformity,display resolution and geometry distortion adjustment were performed quarterly on BARCO CRT displays. Results All the results were well conformed to the criteria recommended by the AAPM TG18. About 95 percents of radiological images were interpreted on the PACS diagnostic image display.Conclusion The QC program of PACS image display device is an essential to ensure high-quality in digital medical environment.

Abstract:In order to standardize the management of large medical imaging equipment and safeguard the application quality and safety in clinical, this paper proposed a V-model quality veriifcation method for large medical equipment from two aspects (clinical application and after-sale services). Under the guidance of V model, the problem veriifcation and discovery mechanism was established at all levels, which made large medical equipment managed in a systematic way and help the equipment managers to optimize the operation of the equipment, plan the maintenance strategy, evaluate performance, control the safety of equipment and do the other work in the hospital.

Abstract:We compared instrument status, work efficiency, instrument repair, nursing staff satisfaction between the two groups with general management mode and joint commission international (JCI) standard combined with 6S management mode. After the application of JCI standard combined with 6S management mode, the proportion of instances meeting standards for placement, cleaning, maintenance, and record‐keeping was higher than before the application (p 0.05). Objective The medical instruments used in the emergency department have a wide coverage and prominent importance. The study was aimed to observe the effect of joint commission international (JCI) standard combined with 6S management mode in emergency medical equipment. Methods Medical equipment and nursing staff in the emergency department of our hospital were the subjects of the research. We compared the management status (standard placement, good cleaning, good maintenance, complete records) of medical equipment after the application of JCI standard combined with 6S management mode was compared with that before the application. Working time associated with medical equipment, equipment repair ratio, nurses' satisfaction with medical equipment use and management were also compared. Results After the application of JCI standard combined with 6S management mode, the proportion of instances meeting standards for placement, cleaning, maintenance, and record‐keeping was higher than before the application (p 0.05). Conclusion JCI standard combined with 6S management mode can standardize the use of emergency medical instruments, reduce the risk of instrument damage, increase work efficiency, improve nurses' satisfaction with medical instrument management, and are therefore worthy of clinical application.

Abstract:This paper researched the quality control program for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) based on results of quality testing of iffteen magnetic resonance imaging systems in the secondary hospitals in Shanghai. Evaluation indexes of imaging parameters used in the research included signal to noise ratio, image uniformity, slice thickness, high contrast spatial resolution, geometric distortion, and ghosting artifact. The research aimed to enhance the understanding and practice level in the periodic inspection of magnetic resonance equipment.

Abstract:Based on the International Quality Indicator Project(IQIP),we analyzed the current medical quality evaluate indicators in China,found some problems in our existing medical quality evaluate indicators,such as the diagnosis and treatment quality indicator could not reflect the true level of medical practice quality,lacking of special characters;treatment quality indicator among the same level hospitals are not the same,due to the uncalculated definition of the indicator.The author put forward some suggestions to resolve all these problems.
