Abstract:As the material basis of clinical examination, in -vitro diagnostic reagent could directly affect the timeliness and accuracy of clinical examination report if it was not uses properly. This article discusses about how to strengthen the management for the temperature monitoring, effect management, inventory management and cost-benefit analysis of in-vitro diagnostic reagents. An information management system that provides methods for fine management of in-vitro diagnostic reagents has been developed.

Abstract:The management for qualification documents of medical instruments is very important work to management department of medical instruments. Because the number of qualification documents of medical instruments is very large and they have an expiry date, it is difficult to manage them. This article discussed how to manage qualification documents of medical instruments, and an information management system that has a function of traceability management has been developed. This information management system standardizes management for qualification documents of medical instruments, and ensures that qualification documents of medical instruments are available and can be traced. Besides, it can reduce the amount of work for medical instruments management.

Abstract:To facilitate instrument management at university, we propose an instrument management system in this paper. This new type of equipment management is expected to replace traditional management methods. Although at university the degree of computer information is rather high, the current instrument management methods are very outdated. Even in some universities, related personnel still adopt very primitive method to manage the teaching equipment. However, with experiment science developing and more and more focus on instrument utilization in the teaching process, the amount of teaching instrument grows exponentially, which imposes a new challenge to the traditional methods of teaching instrument. To cope with this problem, we first conduct some research on this problem. Then, based on this research, an online teaching instrument system is implemented, which nearly covers all the needs of the system requirement.

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the current situation of allocation and utilization of major medical equipment in China and make policy recommendations.Methods:Literature review and field survey methods were used to achieve the purpose.Results:The utilization of major medical equipment in the inpatients was higher than that in the outpatients.The service amount of CT was the biggest and service amount of major medical equipment decreased from east to west.Utilization efficiency varied among sample provinces(city),and positive detection rate was generally high.Excessive use and under use coexisted.Macro distribution and utilization management need to be improved.Conclusion:The macro-governance policy on major medical equipment should be optimized during the new health system reform.Some mechanisms for major medical equipment should be developed and improved,including distribution,investment,monitoring and evaluation.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the hospital laboratory management mode.Methods We used literature review and comparative analysis to understand the different laboratory management mode,explore suitable operation mechanisms for hospital research and the development of hospital la boratory.Through a variety of measures to improve the efficiency and level of management,we tried to ensure the high efficiency and high quality operation of clinical laboratory,hospital science research,personnel training,discipline construction to provide quality services.Results There were two kinds of hospital laboratory management modes,which were centralized and decentralized management mode.Both management modes had advantages and disadvantages.We thought the centralized-decentralized binding mode was an ideal combination.Based of this mode,we implemented a number of initiatives and achieved significant results.Conclusions From the scale of hospital and its long-term development,centralized decentralized binding mode is a kind of ideal mode.

Abstract:Objective: To identify and analyze the problems of major medical equipment(class B) allocation and management in China.Methods: National and provincial major medical equipment(class B) regulations were reviewed and compared.Sixteen secondary and tertiary hospitals from three provinces and one municipality were selected and typical investigations and experts meetings were delivered to get in-depth understanding of management status of major medical equipment(class B) allocation and management.Results: Problems of major medical equipment(class B) allocation and management in China included: irrational allocation plan and shortage of allocation in primary-level hospital;low independent research and development level and vacancy of operation personnel management;unclear division of investigation and supervision and insufficient administrative efficiency.Conclusion: Government departments at all levels have issued equipment management policies,which have achieved favorable effect.Continuous efforts of major medical equipment allocation and management should be made.

Abstract:Standardized management is an important means for improving laboratory management,which is very helpful for making use of laboratory resources,for providing a better service for experiment teaching,and for cultivating more innovative talents.Some reflection on and practice of standardized management of Physical Chemistry Laboratory at Peking University,e.g.,the establishment of information files,the setup of guidebook for experiment teaching,and the fulfillment of archives of routine task,have been proposed and performed.The experience shows that standardized management can significantly improve laboratory resources utilization and working efficiency,thus presenting a better service for laboratory teaching.

Abstract:In recent years,with increasing investment on laboratory medicine scientific research in China,the project management,implementation,evaluation system and quality improvement become more and more important for research managers and executives.In this paper,the main problems of project execution and implementation and accordingly proposed some constructive suggestions were analysed,in the aspects of the leading role of principal investigator,periodical discussion,peer guidance,scientific progress management,effective using of project funds and the establishment of appropriate reward and punishment mechanisms.It is hoped that these suggestions can be used to achieve success in laboratory medicine research project.
