Abstract:This paper introduced a system for electric parameters testing of contacts of AC contactors realized by microcomputer, analyzed measure principle of contact resistance and temperature rise of contacts of AC contactors, and stated hardware structure and software flow of the testing system. This system executes data collection, data processing and data display according to the characteristics of the signals measured, and makes operation visual and easy.
