Abstract:A novel design of a temperature test chamber in multi-parameter combined environmental test was introduced, in which thermoelectric coolers were adopted to achieve both high and low temperature. Multiple distributed actuators and temperature sensors were used for improving the evenness of the temperature field. A well performed cooling system for waste heat dissipating was designed based on air-cooled radiator and circulating water flow. A temperature control system based on PC and MCU with wireless communication modules was designed. The thermoelectric cooler was driving by H-bridge circuit, whose power was controlled by PWM signal. PID algorithm was applied and average temperature was adopted to be the controlled variable. Measurement and control software on the PC and MCU was analyzed and its flow diagram was given. Influenced by centrifugal acceleration, unevenness of the temperature field would increase. A fan was mounted at the bottom of the chamber to improve the evenness of the temperature field. The experiment results show that the temperature environment with other combined environment is realized in the test chamber based on the above technology.

Abstract:This paper presented the design weather temperature measure with control system controlling algorithms and outputting and the realization of the driving circuit.Systematic composition included temperature measuring,process system,the circuit of A/D changes,systematic circuit of single-chip computer,keyboard circuit and export circuit.The function of that system can realize the regulation of output power of heating wire by control procedure of single-chip computer and one-way silicon controlled rectifier,realized the temperature control of the electric heater.The signal of temperature which gather from external environment can change into digital signal with high accuracy,and showing through the single-chip computer.In view of the characteristics of the different PID parameters with the different temperature,it selects appropriate PID parameters to control on the basis of the measured temperature.The system can run reliably in practice.

Abstract:Virtual instrument computer detection and control technology integration,when environmental parameters are measured without the use of a large number of measurement equipment,greatly reducing the cost of development. Describes the design of a data acquisition system of intelligent temperature controller based on STC89C54 RD + and Lab VIEW. Dual function machine RS232 temperature signal collected by PL2303 HX chip USB interface,to achieve a USB line can display and store the data signal which is transmitted to the host computer. The running results show that the measurement system has the advantages of high measuring precision,simple design,easy to maintain,has good visibility.

Abstract:Objective To develop a digital temperature sampling system.Methods This system was one of non-electrical bridge device made up of platinum resistance Pt100 and A/D converter MAX1415.Results By the means of practical testing,the system ran well and was applied in the cooperation project in Department of Cardiology of General Hospital of PLA.Heating range was from room temperature to 300℃ and temperature control accuracy was ±0.05 ℃ for design requirement.Conclusion With the characteristics,of stable operation and the convenient design of software and hardware,the application of instrument has a bright future in the market.

Abstract:On the basis of analyzing of the coupling relationship among variations in the heating system,and in accordance with the control requirements,the paper presents a basic control strategy in which the heating system is divided into several subsystems to be controlled respectively under the premise of effective decoupling.The control program of the variable flow heating system has been designed.Hardware configuration with IPC as the superordinate computer and PLC as the subordinate system,as well as the software design method are introduced.The design of PID control procedures,and the interrupted procedures are described in detail.

Abstract:Computer combined with mathematical methods to monitor industrial parameters has achieved good results. Temperature is one of the important parameters in industrial, military, agricultural, medical and other fields. In some particular environments, direct wiring measurements are clearly not sufficient, so wireless transmission of temperature sensing systems is particularly important. The system is divided into two parts: sending and receiving. The wireless data communication transceiver module is used to realize wireless data transmission. The sending part is based on the single-chip microcomputer. The temperature sensor is used for real-time temperature collection and wireless transmission. The collected results are verified by mathematical processing algorithm. The receiving module displays the temperature of the collection area on the LCD, and sends it to the PC through the temperature alarm device through the serial port, so as to realize the controllable temperature adjustment within a certain threshold. Compared with the traditional temperature detection system, the combination of computer and mathematical algorithm and the design of wireless transmission equipment make the system have the advantages of good real-time, high reliability, low engineering cost and low power consumption.

Abstract:In order to measure the performance of the temperature control circuit,a temperature control circuit measurement system is designed.The system is based on FPGA processor,uses NIOS Ⅱ as a system control unit,composes of self-defined FPGA functional modules and SOPC with appropriate software and hardware resources.The design realizes voltage/current monitoring circuit of power supply,the time reference pulse signal generating circuit,signal isolation circuit,temperature reference circuit.The development with NIOS Ⅱ technology has the advantages of simple peripheral hardware circuit structure,more reliable performance and custom application flexibility.The experiments show that the measurement system can be well to complete the measurement of the temperature control circuit.Measuring accuracy of the system is within±0.5℃.

Abstract:A high precision universal computer control system with graphic interface control software for electric resistance furnace is developed based on artificial intelligent PID control and object oriented program method. It eliminates limitations of traditional temperature control system, such as low precision and reliability, lack of auto turning and adaptive turning ability, etc. The system is able to run automatically under the control of preset control data, and running time of it is limitless except deficient storage space of computer hard disk. Results of the system using for controlling a 10kW electric resistance furnace under industry condition show that control errors of whole process and constant temperature control process are less than ±0.5% and ±0.1% respectively, and temperature disturbance during the process caused by accidental factors can be suppressed immediately.

Abstract:An intelligent temperature control system for high-power LED (Light-Emitting Diode) lighting has been designed in this paper. The system includes single-chip microcomputer STC12C5412, temperature sensor module DS18B20, power module, LED circuit driver module, LED air-cooled cooling driver module and Bluetooth module. The temperature sensor module collects data and drives the LED air cooling system through a single chip microcomputer. The Bluetooth module is used to receive wireless signal and transmit the signal to the single chip microcomputer. The microcontroller closes the air cooling system by outputting PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) signal and controls the LED driving circuit to reduce the driving current at the same time. As a result, the junction temperature of LED decreased. The Bluetooth module can also support the expansion of lighting effects such as color conversion.
