Abstract:The invention discloses an optical fiber centering and cavity length control device for manufacturing of an optical fiber F-P sensor and a method. According to the invention, an optical fiber is clamped through an optical fiber fixture, a ceramic tube is clamped through a ceramic tube fixture, the positions of the two optical fiber fixtures are adjusted through a micrometer, the moving distance is recorded through a grating scale, two optical fibers are enabled to be centered and adhered with the ceramic tube, and manufacturing of an optical fiber F-P sensor is completed. The optical fiber centering and cavity length control device is small in size and convenient to move, and increases the convenience in practical application while greatly reducing the cost; and the optical fiber centering and cavity length control device reduces requirements for the operating level of an operator under the premise of ensuring the centering property and the cavity length.
