Intelligent Measuring System for Performance Parameters of Laser Range Finder

Abstract:In order to measure the performance parameters of laser range finders, a new intelligent measuring system is developed, which introduces advanced control technologies, very quick and convenient WIN32 computer software and a skillfully designed beam splitter system. It can synchronously measure optical axis consistency, width and energy of the pulse, beam divergence angle, and so on. A 1296×1030 CCD is adopted in order to ensure 10″ of spatial resolving ability; A 350MHz oscilloscope is used to catch the laser pulse as narrow as 10ns; A laser power meter which has high accuracy and large dynamic scope is used to obtain accurate energy measurement of the laser pulse. The system has been checked and accepted, and all the performance parameters meet the design demands. Now it is used by user and operates very well.

Abstract:Spectrum based water quality analyzer for comprehensive organic pollution index evaluating is a kind of green measurements with prosperous futures. Due to the low estimation precision of single-spectrum based analyzer and the complementary advantages of multi-spectrums, a modeling method based on information fusion of the ultra-violet absorption spectrum and the fluorescence emission spectrum is adopted for rapid measure of organic pollution indices such as COD, TOC, etc. A module structure is designed for portable realization to perform the field mobile tasks and rapid scene measurements. The experimental results show that this instrument possesses a better prediction capability than single UV based instruments popular in the market.

Abstract:The double beam spectrophotometer is an analytic instrument with high accuracy. In order to improve the level of digitalization, intelligence, automation, and integration, using opto-mechatronics technique, a new intelligent ultraviolet-visible embedded spectrophotometer system is designed. The new spectrophotometer system based on embedded PC technique and Windows CE operate system has modular software system and web interface, and realizes the intelligent control of the whole measurement process. The software system applied double beam spectrometry, derived spectrometry and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, and it has powerful data processing and file management function. The technique structure of the embedded instrument system based on Windows CE is introduced in this paper. And the system structure of digital intelligent double beam spectrophotometer including optical system, embedded measurement and control system and multifunction software system is offered. After experiment and analysis, the instrument system could reach the expected accuracy, the level of digitalization, intelligence, integration, automation and network have got obviously improved compared to the original instrument system, and the powerful analysis function and perfect man-machine interface could be achieved. Besides, the technique can provide common key technique for the development of embedded opto-mechatronics test and analytic instrument system.

Abstract:To solve the problems existing in the present test system such as low testing precision and simple function,a new intelligent test system is developed,which involves control technology,quick and convenient WIN32 computer software and a special beam splitter system. It can simultaneously measure optical axis parallelism,width and energy of the pulse,beam divergence,beam axis stability,and system performance.A high-powered infrared autocollimator is adopted to ensure 2″of spatial resolution,a 15GHz oscilloscope is used to capture the laser pulse as narrow as 100 ps,and an accurate laser power meter with large dynamic range is used to obtain accurate energy measurement of the laser pulse.The system is checked and accepted,and all the performance parameters meet the design requirements.

Abstract:In optoelectronic information science and engineering technology, optoelectronic detection technology is a very important technology. Photoelectric sensor (PS) refers to the process of using a photoelectric element as the basic detection component, converting the measured changes into changes in other signals, and then using the photoelectric element to convert the optical signal into an electrical signal. With the gradual improvement of modern science and technology, optoelectronic detection technology has further integrated modern technologies such as automation control systems and digital information processing technology, effectively combining optical and electronic technologies, greatly improving the accuracy and speed of optoelectronic detection. This article designs an intelligent sensor based on photoelectric detection technology. Through in-depth research on the basic principles of photoelectric detection technology, combined with microelectronics technology and integrated circuit design, a miniaturized and low-power intelligent sensor is achieved. Meanwhile, utilizing deep learning (DL) algorithms to optimize and calibrate sensors, improving their performance and accuracy. The experimental results show that the sensor designed in this article has high measurement accuracy and good application prospects.

Abstract:For researching the measure method of the characterization of protector,a high precision,cheap and convenient measure system was set up,which can automatically measure data.The system can scan the test image of projector.By analyzing the measured data,9 positions method and 13 positions method were compared.By discussing the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional measure method,the better 5 positions method was advanced.

Abstract:As an imperative part of information technology, photoelectric information technology is widely applied in smart phones, mobile computers, portable electronic products, medical care, and industrial technology. In this research, a high-precision infrared photoelectric sensor is designed, which utilizes XDU3093 chip as a built-in photoelectric sensor. The chip has the characteristics of high-power supply rejection ratio and temperature compensation. Then, the focus is on the design of infrared driving module and infrared detection module. Among them, the pulse current of the infrared drive module is more than 100 mA, and the output current is in the form of square wave. To control noise, an isolation circuit between the infrared drive and other modules is set. Infrared detection involves photoelectric sensor. The nwell diode in CMOS process is utilized as photosensitive diode, and at the same time, the surface of the diode is coated to ensure that only infrared light can generate photocurrent through coating. In the experiment, the infrared driver is simulated, and the results show that the driver module can effectively amplify the collected infrared signals, and the detection accuracy reaches 0.2 V. The simulation of infrared detection suggests that there is a linear relationship between photocurrent and background infrared illumination, and the photocurrent decreases with the increase of distance. The designed infrared photoelectric sensor is applied in the soft package counting link of workshop management. The infrared photoelectric acquisition signal is converted into an analog voltage signal, which is processed by the voltage conversion circuit and then transferred to the single chip microcomputer and software module. After the data is uploaded to the upper computer through the serial port, it shows that the number of soft packages can be accurately identified in the workshop soft package counting link based on the designed infrared photoelectric sensor.

Abstract:: By using the light sensor of smartphone, a simple photometer was designed. Also, an Android APP was developed to show the online signal and calculate the absorbance automatically. This photometer uses a flow cell of HPLC UV-detector as sample absorption cell and an optical fiber to transfer the light signal. The mobile-phone photometer can greatly reduce the amount of reagents used. Only 200 μL sample is needed to run a test, which effectively reduces laboratory waste. There is a good linear relationship with R 2 value 0.9991 while using the photometer to measure the iron ion standard solution, which means it can replace the traditional spectrophotometer in chemical experiments. Students can enhance their understanding of the instrument principles and inspire their creativity by using this DIY photometer.

Abstract:The measuring principle of non-invasive blood oxygen saturation is introduced,that is infrared has different light absorption spectral characteristics according to different hemoglobin oxygen close state in human tissues,and using these characteristics to detect blood oxygen saturation in human tissues.The system adopted single chip C8051F020 as the core,the hardware part and software flowchart of non-invasive blood oxygen saturation detector were designed,the controllable digital potentiometer was used to replace traditional feedback resistance to realize automatic gain adjustment,the blood oxygen signal caused by individual differences affected the measurement accuracy through fixed gain was overcame.The system has stable structure,low consumption and low cost,provides continuous effective monitoring information for clinical measurement,which is suitable for clinical measurement and research,and has wide application prospect.

Abstract:In this paper,a scheme of monitoring on-line by a hand-held intelligent status monitoring instru- ment and diagnosing by a fault-diagnosis system based on PC is presented.And the hardware frame and soft- ware system of the system are illuminated.The hand-held instrument of the system includes the following functions:data acquisition,status monitoring online and so on,its power can be supplied by a Lithium-ion battery.The PC system,which tends to be manipulated easily,can realize complex function of expert system diagnosis,and it's user interface is also friendly.

The software is designed for low energy ion spectrometer development task, with instrument control,data acquisition and real-time status monitoring and other functions.
