Research of Position Accuracy of Welding Grab's Nether Frame Carbody

Abstract:The grabs nether frame carbody is a welded part including many seams.There are 40 holes for assembling on the top ring plane,so we must pay attention to the position accuracy of these holes.The welding deformation is predicted with the method of finite element analysis of welding residual stresses.It is suggested the position accuracy of the holes is 0.49 mm at least.
