Abstract:For tall steel structure workshop,dew condensation is the key problem.In order to explore the dew condensation problem of a Cold Rolling Plan of a steel plant in Shanghai,we had chronically measured the indoor temperature,humidity,surface temperature and ventilation status of the plant,meanwhile,measured the outdoor temperature and humidity.Based on the test data,we simulated the temperatures both in the test condition and assumed roof ventilation condition using CFD method.By calculating the dew temperature and interior roof surface temperature,the effect of mechanical ventilation on dew condensation of steel structure roof can be drawn.
