Discussion on Librarian and the Core Competence of the Library

Abstract:Although the existence of library proceeds from an arrangement of social system,it is necessary for libraries to process with some core competences in digital environments,for it has great significance in library's persistent development.This paper analyzes the responsibility of librarians,who are the main body of the library occupation,in the course of fostering core competences via illuminating the importance and necessity of core eompetences.
