Abstract:Internet has penetrated into every field of society.Network environment library brought all sorts of challenges.In order to survive and develop under the network environment,libraries must from the following five aspects: to change the concept of service from the preservation of cultural stronghold to spread culture station,from the lofty to indulge in self-admiration into public peace,from passive acceptance to offer services,from monopoly to competition from culture,to self service center to the reader demand.

Abstract:In the light of the problem of the information network communication rights of digital resources and the copy issue in the construction of digital resources, this paper analyzes library’s wrong understanding of the copyright, and puts forward some principles and basic measures of protecting the copyright by the library, and makes clear what works can be confirmed as the ones of the independent intellectual property rights of the library.

Abstract:In order to solve the library's demand for computer network technology, a research on the library's personal system service is proposed. A library-based self-service model was originally designed and developed. The system is developed from six aspects: resource association analysis and mining, reading interest analysis, data collection, personal service, personal service scheduling, and data warehouse. Secondly, it shows that this study has done some research on library application itself and completed some research. Finally, libraries can accomplish personal services in a variety of ways, such as distributing modifications, smart administrators, vertical portals, pushers, and more. In foreign libraries and universities represented by North Carolina State University and the Data and Information Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the construction of personal data in digital libraries has become an important part of future development. According to the law, 57.9% and 65.0% of users ranked search engines as second only to e-mail in the China Internet Improvement Data released by the China Internet Network Information Center in 2000 and 2005, respectively.

Abstract:Based on the development of university library service in China, this paper analyzes the significance of university library service innovation and transformation under the "Internet plus" environment, puts forward the problems existing in the current university library service, first expounds the necessity of university library adapting to the new technological environment to build an innovative service system under the network environment, and then from the concept, management, resources The construction of innovative service system is discussed from five aspects of technology and service. Abstract:This paper expounds the intension of library individual information service,and the present situation of individual information service of the Chinese libraries in network environment,analyzes the defects in it.
