DETERMINATION OF ORGANIC RESIDUES IN THE MACROPOROUS ADSORPTION RESIN FOR FOOD INDUSTRIAL USE BY GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY

Abstract:A method was established for simultaneous determination of benzene, 1,2-dichloroethane, toluene, 1,2-xylene, 1,3-xylene, 1,4-xylene, chlorobenzene, styrene, diviylbenzene, acrylonitrile and methyl methacrylate in macroporous adsorption resin for food industrial use by gas chromatography with a DB-WAX capillary column and the flame ionization detector. This method had good specialization. All the correlation coefficients in observed concentration range were more than 0.99. The detection limits were 0.002～0.008μg/mL. The recoveries were 72.4～104.7%. The relative standard deviations of stability, precision and reproducibility test were respectively 1.68～5.26%, 1.57～6.83% and 2.91～9.62%. The result showed that this method was simple, accurate, stability and rapid.
