Clock Alarm Function in Trigger System of Daya Bay Reactor Neutrino Experiment

Abstract:The clock system of Daya Bay reactor neutrino experiments provides precise clock and time stamps to the electronic system.When the clock system stops sending clock and time stamps for some unpredictable reasons,the electronics system cannot acquire data from detectors correctly.It will cause an impact on data acquisition and analysis.The clock alarm function in the trigger system is therefore designed for monitoring the clock condition and providing clock alarm signals if any error is found.
