Abstract:The invention relates to the technical field of grinding wheel manufacture, and particularly relates to a diamond grinding wheel with graphene oxide and manufacturing technique thereof. The grinding wheel is made of the following materials, by weight, diamond abrasive 40-45 parts, zirconium corundum abrasive 20-23 parts, aluminium oxide 3-4 parts, copper powder 1-2 parts, cobalt powder 1-2 parts, chromium sesquioxide 2-3 parts, carbon black 1-2 parts, graphene oxide 1-2 parts, titanium dioxide 2-3 parts, gypsum 1-2 parts, dried alum 2-3 parts and additive 7-9 parts. The diamond grinding wheel uses the aluminium oxide, the copper powder, the cobalt powder and the like to sinter into a ceramic bonding agent with a stable performance, combines the advantages of the ceramic bonding agent with the advantages of the metal bonding agent, and the holding strength with abrasives is high, the hardness and the wear-resisting property of the grinding wheel are improved, and the graphene oxide increases the heat stability and tenacity of the grinding wheel. In the real using process, the grinding wheel is fast in heat dissipation, good in grinding performance and long in service life.
