Abstract:A 13-year-old male patient presented with an extra-oral swelling that was associated with an intra-oral lesion. The intra-oral swelling had a bony consistency and was located near the lower right first molar. Radiographic examination revealed an extensive, well-defined, unilocular radiolucent lesion measuring 10 cm in its largest diameter, with displacement of tooth 48. An intralesional puncture yielded citrine liquid content, and an incisional biopsy was performed, which revealed a cystic capsule.
