Abstract:
A three-dimensional finite element model of laser additive manufacturing airport fuel supply pipe network was established. Combined with the secondary development of the APDL language in the ANSYS simulation software, the birth-death element method was used to simulate the process of coaxial powder feeding in the laser additive, and the influence of the laser power change on the temperature field of the airport fuel supply pipe network in the laser additive manufacturing was analyzed. The results showed that with the progress of the laser additive process, due to the preheating effect of the previous additive process on the subsequent additive process, the maximum temperature and the size of the molten pool gradually increased. Due to the combined effect of energy transfer lag and heat transfer and heat dissipation, the maximum temperature of the laser additive layer and the substrate was not on a vertical line at the same time. Due to the preheating effect of the previous additive process on the subsequent process, the geometric structure of the additive region, heat transfer and heat dissipation, the highest temperature of the additive region was not in the center of the laser irradiation. During the laser additive process, due to the attenuation of the laser energy by the powder, when the laser energy was insufficient, the additive layer would delaminate. The experimental verification was basically consistent with the simulation results, indicating the effectiveness of the simulation model.
