Abstract:In order to survive, develop and enhance its competition predominance, enterprise has to improve its own ability to adapt the around variational environment. Therefore,the mostimportant thing for the enterprise is to establish its dynamic modeling for activity unit in the enterprise.Based on the “tenor” idea in the UNIX operating system,the authors present a kind of the method to establish dynamic modeling for activity unit in the enterprise, which is very useful for enterprise to carry out distributed management as well as collaboration with other enterprise etc..some applications of this method were presented and valuable conclusions were obtained then.

Abstract:The actions of electricity enterprises investing in clean energy are mainly affected by national policies and financial constraints. However, their joint impact on corporate decision-making for clean energy investment (CEI) is unclear. This study develops a game model to study the impact of carbon quota policies on corporate decision-making under financial constraints, including the grandfathering quota policy and benchmarking quota policy. A series of interesting conclusions were obtained. (1) With the goal of CEI, irrespective of financial constraints, the benchmarking quota policy is the best option. (2) With total carbon emissions (TCEs), consumer surplus, or enterprise profit as the goal, financial constraints will have an impact on optimal carbon quota policies. (3) In addition to TCEs, an increase in the financial constraints cap will enhance CEI, consumer surplus, and enterprise profit. These conclusions provide new insights for government policy-making and business decision-making, requiring comprehensive consideration of financial constraints.

Abstract:The lack of standard’s support to energy efficiency benchmarking leads to non-standard content, procedure and management of energy efficiency benchmarking, which affects the benchmarking performance of the enterprise. This paper explores standardization on enterprise energy efficiency management, analyzes the existing foundation of energy efficient from the perspective of standardization, as well as discusses work contents, implementation procedures, technological requirements, personnel and management, etc. of energy efficiency benchmarking. Abstract:The effects of efficiency wage and rent sharing on wage gap is of great concern.Based on the data of the first national economic census in China,the empirical study shows that: firstly,enterprise profit is an important determinant of enterprise wage gap,which is largely due to efficiency wage;secondly,there exists rent sharing in state-owned enterprises,which is not achieved by enterprise profit but a conversion of high wage to enterprise cost through industry monopoly;thirdly,there exists rent sharing in collective enterprises;fourthly,as for foreign enterprises,they also share monopoly rent but the ones with rent sharing have higher efficiency;fifthly,there exists efficiency wage in private enterprise.In contrast to enterprises with other ownership,as for private enterprises,industry monopoly could not raise but lower the wage level of workers;on the other hand;product market competition is advantageous to raise the wage level of workers.Finally,it gives some suggestion about shortening the enterprise wage gap.

Abstract:Following the lowest total cost of optimal principles of economics,we exploreda distribution mechanism basing on the Boltzmann distribution combined with Gail-Shapley game.To the maximum extent to get the needs of enterprises,which prevents unnecessary transaction costs or higher carbon emission reduction cost induced by asymmetric information.In the last chapter,we use thedata of firm levelin 2010 and 2011 of Shenzhen toverify the effectiveness and feasibility of the allocation mechanism developed in this paper.
