Abstract:In AHP, it is difficult to transform a evaluation matrix to some coherence one. Some factors are easy to satisfy coherence. We chose AHP. Since others are hard, we choose the method of Fuzzy-Decision. In building the system of suppliers evaluation in SCM, it is practical to choose, subdivide and fit together the 23 basic factors Weber suggested. Evaluation factors are classified as two types: qualitative one and quantitative one. To get the evaluation result, the first one is decided by expert, the other is based on data, to process the data, subjection-function method and frequency method are suggested.

Abstract:ERP performance evaluation is an important step that helps an enterprise analyzing the contribution of ERP. However this process of assessment itself poses many problems. Therefore more and more enterprises regard the establishment of ERP performance evaluation system as their market competitiveness focus. The paper analyzed the literature of ERP implementation and performance management, established ERP implementation performance evaluation system which contained institution system, organization system and index system. Then this study developed a reliable measurement tools such as AHP to evaluate ERP implementation performance, demonstrated qualitative methods and quantitative methods from pre-implementation to post-implementation of ERP performance evaluation. Overall, this study contributes to expand the knowledge and deeper understanding of the ERP implement evaluation on enterprise performance, hoping to help firms avoid the pitfalls on the ERP adoption to generate the profitability and reduce the losses during the operation.

Abstract:Supplier selection has become one of the critical issues for enterprise's success,and should be solved by the scientific and reasonable method.Data envelopment analysis(DEA) is a type of linear programming method for appraising relative validity.It is widely used in input-output efficiency analysis.DEA is especially suitable for assessment,which has characteristics such as multi-input,multi-output and poly-objectives.In this paper,based on the studies of all kinds of factors,supplier comprehensive evaluation index system is presented,and supplier selection model based on DEA is established.A case study is then carried out,and the result shows the validity of the model in supplier selection.

Abstract:Lots of information systems are invested blindly in the process of enterprise informationization, but there is no effective method to evaluate their benefit. Accordingly, a fuzzy synthesized evaluation method based on critical success factor (CSF) and business process value is proposed. It analyses and quantifies the value of business process and the value which information system effect on the business process. Abstract:As an important index to measure the operating result of enterprises, profit is the focus of accounting information users. In recent years, with the emergence of financial fraud cases in the whole world, the authenticity and reliability of accounting profits have been questioned. The users of accounting information shift their focus from the quantity to the quality of accounting profits. How to evaluate the quality of profits comprehensively and reasonably has become the focus of enterprise financial analysis. At present, the academic world has not established a unified evaluation system and method. My study summarizes and evaluates four most commonly used methods for evaluating enterprise profit quality. The study finds that all kinds of methods have their own characteristics. Each method has advantages as well as disadvantages. It is believed that the quality of profit is affected by many factors, and a variety of methods can be used for comprehensive evaluation to ensure the accuracy of the evaluation result.

Abstract:This paper compares the western countries' performance evaluation theory of EVA, KPI,BSC and TPP with the current performance evaluation system in our country, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the evaluation system in China and foreign countries.On the basis of all the evaluation methods,the authors set up the theoretical model and mathematical model of integrated performance evaluation based on enterprise strategy.The index system has 3 layers,5 dimensions and 26 indices.Taking the high-tech enterprise as an example,the application of the model is discussed and the final conclusion is drawn.

Abstract:It has been a hot issue in enterprise economy that how to improve enterprise performance. In this regard, the paper has selected the sample of listed companies in Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) and Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) from 2016 to 2019, and adopted multiple linear regression model to empirically measure the interactive effect of M&A decision-making and enterprise production efficiency on enterprise performance. The study eventually got the following conclusion. First, in general, the improvement of enterprise production efficiency is more conducive to enterprise performance than M&A expansion. Second, compared with the traditional manufacturing industry and the emerging Internet industry, the supporting effect of enterprise production efficiency on enterprise performance is more obvious in the Internet industry, but the M&A measures in both industries show the delayed effect on enterprise performance. Third, with the expansion of enterprise assets, the influence of M&A decisions and enterprise production efficiency on enterprise performance gradually declines, which indicates that enterprises should adjust their development mode in time according to their own life cycle, and fully cope with the unknown problems and challenges.
