Abstract:The invention relates to an intelligent pre-installed transformer substation for rail transit. The transformer substation comprises a high-voltage ring main unit, a rectifier transformer, a rectifier cabinet, a direct-current distribution cabinet, a rail potential protecting cabinet, a current drainage cabinet, an alternating-current and direct-current screen and a communicating management machine. The alternating-current and direct-current screen provides a secondary control power source for the high-voltage ring main unit, the rectifier transformer, the rectifier cabinet, the direct-current distribution cabinet, the rail potential protecting cabinet and the current drainage cabinet. The communicating management machine manages and controls communication and remote control over the high-voltage ring main unit, the rectifier transformer, the rectifier cabinet, the direct-current distribution cabinet, the rail potential protecting cabinet, the current drainage cabinet and the alternating-current and direct-current screen. The standard functional modules are adopted and spliced through fixing modules to manufacture the modularized and standardized transformer substation, the fixed factory technology is used for replacing site installation, and the occurrence probability of mistakes is reduced; meanwhile, the quality can be supervised, checked and controlled easily; operation and maintenance personnel can master all transformer substations by being familiar with one transformer substation.
