Analysis on Criminals' Checking, Reward and Punishment System

Abstract:The checking,reward and punishment system is a basic system of punishment execution.It mainly serves in the demand of criminal reformation.Generally to say,it is reasonable.But along with the speedup of jails' modern civilization progress and the establishment of scientific,reasonable,equal,fair jail management style,with the continuous publicity of jail duty,our country's jail checking,reward and punishment system reveal their disadvantages.According to the actual situations,we should progressively investigate,think and practice,constantly perfect checking,reward and punishment system,innovate checking methods,standardize operating standard and procedure,enhance enforcement surveillance,implement reward policy,encourage criminals' reformation with multiformity types and angles in order to obtain the breakthrough theoretically and practically.
