On the Improvement of the Probation Investigation System to the Nonage Criminals

Abstract:The probation investigation system to the nonage criminals in our criminal law has such defects as mainly the simplicity of the investigation subjects,the abstraction of the investigation contents and the negativity of the investigation ways,so the probation to the nonage criminals cannot exert due effects.The system of the probation to the nonage criminals should be perfected according to the characteristics of the nonage crime,combined with the community correction being held recently: to increase the investigation subjects substantially and to provide concretely the obligations of the nonage criminals.
