Abstract:In consideration of our existing system for the criminal records elimination the authors carry out the study of the Dezhou model,from the leading agencies,program design,proven standards,study models and standard of proof,etc.The authors also analyze the impact of the use of more stable factors and certification standards for restructuring the type of administrative examination and approval procedures.The research hopes to to achieve justice for the dominant force,integrated collaboration of relevant departments of the elimination of the defense system of records inspection procedures,to achieve personal development and social harmony.
