The device includes engine, main exhaust gas pipe, reactor and spouts the urea unit intos the reactor with the mixed compressed air of the urea aqueous solution according to engine and exhaust parameter, and the top of reactor is equipped with the tailpipe, and sealing connection has imported blast pipe bottom the reactor, and reactor installs urea nozzle and catalyst module from bottom to top, is equipped with the soot blower below the catalyst module, the thickness of main exhaust gas pipe, import blast pipe and tailpipe is all between 6mm -9mm, main exhaust gas pipe's both ends are connected with reactor and engine respectively, and the urea unit links to each other with the urea nozzle of installing in reactor bottom, and the urea unit will react the required reductant portion into reactor of spouting through the urea nozzle of installing in the reactor bottom. The utility model discloses nitrogen oxide among the desorption boats and ships engine exhaust effectively.
