Abstract:The present invention relates to a method to produce low-carbon olefin from methanol or DME (Dimethyl Ether), which solves the technical problems of high operation temperature, low selectivity of the target product (low-carbon olefin), low yield rate, low stability of catalyst, and short recycling period in the prior art. The present invention adopts the following technical solution: under the catalytic decomposition of methanol or DME (Dimethyl Ether) and the existence of diluted gas, use methanol, DME (Dimethyl Ether), or their mixture as the raw material, contact the raw material with the catalyst to produce the effluence of low-carbon olefin. The method comprises the following steps: (a) the raw material first enters the first reaction region to contact with the first crystallized silico-aluminate catalyst having at least 10 of the mole ratio SiO2/Al2O3 to produce the first reacted effluence containing low-carbon olefin; (b) the said first reacted effluence sequentially enters at least one second reaction region to contact with the second crystallized silico-aluminate catalyst having at least 10 of the mole ratio SiO2 / Al2O3 to produce the second reacted effluence containing low-carbon olefin; and ( c ) separate low-carbon olefin from the said second reacted effluence, in which the weight ratio of diluted gas: raw material is 0.01~6:1, and control the reaction condition.
