Abstract:The administration control of science and technology is the important part of the science and technology social control system. Introduces the conception and classification of the administration control and analyzes the necessity of it, points out the main problems of our country's science and technology administration control, including the effects of the old idea of science and technology administration still exist, there is not enough connection and coordination between the administrative organs, the quality of the administrative staff is needed to improve. Then points out the corresponding measures in the view of philosophy, including to transform the government's functions, establish the modern administration idea of service; straighten out the relationship of the duty and authority, improve the cooperation and integration of science and technology administration control; strengthen the legal system construction, accelerate the legality construction process of science and technology administration control; stick to the principle human-centered, construct high quality administrative staff of science and technology.
