Abstract:The invention belongs to the field of biotechnology devices, and particularly relates to a mortar used for plant or animal tissues. The mortar is composed of a mortar body and a grinding rod. The mortar body is composed of a grinding pan and a liquid nitrogen pan, a ceramic layer (3) and an insulating layer (4) are arranged on the outer wall and the bottom of the liquid nitrogen pan, and liquid nitrogen is contained into the ceramic layer (3); a rubber layer (8) is arranged on the bottom of the liquid nitrogen pan, and the grinding pan comprises a pan rim (1), a wall support (5), a bottom support (6) and a bottom supporting point (10); a zigzag rim (2) is arranged on the inner wall of the upper portion of the grinding pan, and the zigzag rim (2) is bent inwards; a vibration point (11) is arranged in the center of the bottom in the grinding pan, a round grinding position (9) is arranged around the vibration point (11), and the surface of the grinding position (9) is frosted; the grinding rod is made of a ceramic material, and the grinding rod comprises a handle (12), a limiting ring (13) and a grinding head (14). The mortar has the advantages that less labor is needed during grinding, the pollution caused when a sample is dispersed outwards is prevented, and the liquid nitrogen is saved.
