Abstract:The monodromy of Liouville field in the punctured Riemann sphere is disc us-sed. The exchange algebras and exchange matrix of the field are obtained by means of uniformization in Liouville theory. A relation between the exchange matrix and SL(2n,R) is also presented.

Abstract:We consider in this paper the classical Liouvelle field theory on the Riemann sphere with n punctures. In terms of the uniformization theorem of the Riemann surface, we explicitly show the classical exchange algebra (CEA) for the chiral components of the Liouville field. We find that the matrix which dominates the CEA is related to the symmetry of the Lie group SL(n) in a nontrivial manner with n>3.

Abstract:We consider the classical Liouville field theory on the Riemann surface with h>1 genus. In terms of the uniformization theorem of the Riemann surface, we show explicitly the classical exchange algebra (CEA) for the chiral components of the Liouville field. Abstract:We have studied the quantum Liouville theory on the Riemann sphere with n>3 punctures. While considering the theory on the Riemann surfaces with n=4 punctures, the quantum theory near an arbitrary but fixed puncture can be obtained via canonical quantization and an extra symmetry is explored. While considering more than four distinguished punctures, we have found the exchange relations of the monodromy parameters from which we can get a reasonable quantum theory.

Abstract:In this paper, we obtain the non-trivial Poisson brackets among the elements g in the group of dressing transformations, and the ones between g± and the chiral components ξ and ξ of the Liouville field. We also discuss the relation between the dressing transformation and the monodromy transformation of the Liouville field related to the uniformization theorem of Riemann surface.

Abstract:In this paper we briefly discuss some of our recent results in the study of moduli space of Riemann surfaces. It is naturally divided into two parts, one about the differential geometric aspect, another on the topological aspect of the moduli spaces. To understand the geometry of the moduli spaces we introduced new metrics, studied in detail all of the known classical complete metrics, especially the Kähler-Einstein metric. As a corollary we proved that the logarithmic cotangent bundle of the moduli space is strictly stable in the sense of Mumford. The topological results we obtained were motivated by conjectures from string theory. We will describe in this part our proofs by localization method of the Mariño-Vafa formula, its two partition analogue as well as the theory of topological vertex and the simple localization proofs of the ELSV formula and the Witten conjecture. The applications of these formulas in Gromov-Witten theory and string duality will also be mentioned.

Abstract:We study the classical Liouville field theory on Riemann surfaces of genus $g>1$ in the presence of vertex operators associated with branch points of orders $m_i>1$. In order to do so, we consider the generalized Schottky space $\mathfrak{S}_{g,n}(\boldsymbol{m})$ obtained as a holomorphic fibration over the Schottky space $\mathfrak{S}_g$ of the (compactified) underlying Riemann surface. Those fibers correspond to configuration spaces of $n$ orbifold points of orders $\boldsymbol{m}=(m_1,\dots,m_n)$. Drawing on the previous work of Park, Teo, and Takhtajan \cite{park2015potentials} as well as Takhtajan and Zograf \cite{ZT_2018}, we define Hermitian metrics $\mathsf{h}_i$ for tautological line bundles $\mathscr{L}_i$ over $\mathfrak{S}_{g,n}(\boldsymbol{m})$. These metrics are expressed in terms of the first coefficient of the expansion of covering map $J$ of the Schottky domain. Additionally, we define the regularized classical Liouville action $S_{\boldsymbol{m}}$ using Schottky global coordinates on Riemann orbisurfaces with genus $g>1$. We demonstrate that $\exp{S_{\boldsymbol{m}}/\pi}$ serves as a Hermitian metric on the $\mathbb{Q}$-line bundle $\mathscr{L}=\bigotimes_{i=1}^{n}\mathscr{L}_i^{\otimes (1-1/m_i^2)}$ over $\mathfrak{S}_{g,n}(\boldsymbol{m})$. Furthermore, we explicitly compute the first and second variations of the smooth real-valued function $\mathscr{S}_{\boldsymbol{m}}=S_{\boldsymbol{m}}-\pi\sum_{i=1}^n(m_i-\tfrac{1}{m_i})\log\mathsf{h}_{i}$ on the Schottky deformation space $\mathfrak{S}_{g,n}(\boldsymbol{m})$. We establish two key results: (i) $\mathscr{S}_{\boldsymbol{m}}$ generates a combination of accessory and auxiliary parameters, and (ii) $-\mathscr{S}_{\boldsymbol{m}}$ acts as a Kähler potential for a specific combination of Weil-Petersson and Takhtajan-Zograf metrics that appear in the local index theorem for orbifold Riemann surfaces \cite{ZT_2018}.

Abstract:An Ansatz for the Poincaré metric on compact Riemann surfaces is proposed. This implies that the Liouville equation reduces to an equation resembling a non chiral analogous of the higher genus relationships (KP equation) arising in the framework of Schottky's problem solution. This approach connects uniformization (Fuchsian groups) and moduli space theories with KP hierarchy. Besides its mathematical interest, the Ansatz has some applications in the framework of quantum Riemann surfaces arising in 2D gravity.

Liouville conformal field theory and the quantum zipper

Abstract:Sheffield showed that conformally welding a $\gamma$-Liouville quantum gravity (LQG) surface to itself gives a Schramm-Loewner evolution (SLE) curve with parameter $\kappa = \gamma^2$ as the interface, and Duplantier-Miller-Sheffield proved similar results for $\kappa = \frac{16}{\gamma^2}$ for $\gamma$-LQG surfaces with boundaries decorated by looptrees of disks or by continuum random trees. We study these dynamics for LQG surfaces coming from Liouville conformal field theory (LCFT). At stopping times depending only on the curve, we give an explicit description of the surface and curve in terms of LCFT and SLE. This has applications to both LCFT and SLE. We prove the boundary BPZ equations for LCFT, a crucial input for subsequent work with Remy, Sun and Zhu deriving the structure constants of boundary LCFT. With Yu we prove the reversibility of whole-plane SLE$_\kappa$ for $\kappa > 8$ via a novel radial mating-of-trees, and will show the space of LCFT surfaces is closed under conformal welding.

Abstract:Exploiting the generalization of the Weierstrass $\wp$ function to genus $2$ given by Komori, we give the exact connection of the related monodromy problem for genus $2$ and the classical weak $n$-point correlation functions. We also provide the Green function of an Helmholtz operator on genus $2$ surfaces and prove the real analyticity of the higher genus Green function. This gives at the non perturbative level, through the continuation method, the real analyticity of the conformal factor and of the accessory parameters in presence of sources.

Abstract:We study the equilibrium problem on general Riemannian manifolds. The results on existence of solutions and on the convex structure of the solution set are established. Our approach consists in relating the equilibrium problem to a suitable variational inequality problem on Riemannian manifolds, and is completely different from previous ones on this topic in the literature. As applications, the corresponding results for the mixed variational inequality and the Nash equilibrium are obtained. Moreover, we formulate and analyze the convergence of the proximal point algorithm for the equilibrium problem. In particular, correct proofs are provided for the results claimed in J. Math. Anal. Appl. 388, 61-77, 2012 (i.e., Theorems 3.5 and 4.9 there) regarding the existence of the mixed variational inequality and the domain of the resolvent for the equilibrium problem on Hadamard manifolds.

Abstract:Abstract For large classes of even‐dimensional Riemannian manifolds , we construct and analyze conformally invariant random fields. These centered Gaussian fields , called co‐polyharmonic Gaussian fields , are characterized by their covariance kernels k which exhibit a precise logarithmic divergence: . They share a fundamental quasi‐invariance property under conformal transformations. In terms of the co‐polyharmonic Gaussian field , we define the Liouville Quantum Gravity measure , a random measure on , heuristically given as and rigorously obtained as almost sure weak limit of the right‐hand side with replaced by suitable regular approximations . In terms on the Liouville Quantum Gravity measure, we define the Liouville Brownian motion on and the random GJMS operators . Finally, we present an approach to a conformal field theory in arbitrary even dimension with an ansatz based on Branson's ‐curvature: we give a rigorous meaning to the Polyakov–Liouville measure and we derive the corresponding conformal anomaly . The set of admissible manifolds is conformally invariant. It includes all compact 2‐dimensional Riemannian manifolds, all compact non‐negatively curved Einstein manifolds of even dimension, and large classes of compact hyperbolic manifolds of even dimension. However, not every compact even‐dimensional Riemannian manifold is admissible. Our results concerning the logarithmic divergence of the kernel rely on new sharp estimates for heat kernels and higher order Green kernels on arbitrary closed manifolds.

Abstract:We introduce a simple procedure to integrate differential forms with arbitrary holomorphic poles on Riemann surfaces. It gives rise to an intrinsic regularization of such singular integrals in terms of the underlying conformal geometry. Applied to products of Riemann surfaces, this regularization scheme establishes an analytic theory for integrals over configuration spaces, including Feynman graph integrals arising from two dimensional chiral quantum field theories. Specializing to elliptic curves, we show such regularized graph integrals are almost-holomorphic modular forms that geometrically provide modular completions of the corresponding ordered A-cycle integrals.

Abstract:The classical uniformization theorem of Poincare and Koebe states that any simply connected surface with a Riemannian metric is conformally dilleomorphic to the Riemann sphere, or the complex plane or the unit disk. Using the work by Gu-Luo-Sun-Wu [9] on discrete conformal geometry for polyhedral surfaces, we show that the uniformization maps for simply connected Riemann surfaces are computable.
Compactified Imaginary Liouville Theory

Abstract:On a given Riemann surface, we construct a path integral based on the Liouville action functional with imaginary parameters. The construction relies on the compactified Gaussian Free Field (GFF), which we perturb with a curvature term and an exponential potential. In physics this path integral is conjectured to describe the scaling limit of critical loop models such as Potts and O(n) models. The potential term is defined by means of imaginary Gaussian Multiplicative Chaos theory. The curvature term involves integrated 1-forms, which are multivalued on the manifold, and requires a delicate regularisation in order to preserve diffeomorphism invariance. We prove that the probabilistic path integral satisfies the axioms of Conformal Field Theory (CFT) including Segal's gluing axioms. We construct the correlation functions for this CFT, involving electro-magnetic operators. This CFT has several exotic features: most importantly, it is non unitary and has the structure of a logarithmic CFT. This is the first mathematical construction of a logarithmic CFT and therefore the present paper provides a concrete mathematical setup for this concept.
