Abstract:This paper introduced the control point and demand of smash cinder machine system in hot power station.The methods achieved by making use of PLC have been given.The hardware composed of touch panel and PLC controller,software are consisted of configuration manger software and PLC run software.The control system can be used for field handle,touch panel handle and automation control.For others this system has some functions:pressure and liquid level participation system control and the automatic operating if motor has breakdown.
