Abstract:Introduced a network framework and system design of multi SIEMENS PLC. With the demands of 4m Vertical Lathe, we designed the network system, provided the programming method, and harmonized the communication of control box and button boxes. Applied the methods to transform electric control system of 4m Vertical Lathe, both electrical system reliability and stability were increased. The process precision of 4m Vertical Lathe was increased accordingly. And the system has a good expansibility in its function.
