Abstract:This paper designs the host computer software of control system of ultra-magnetostrictive boring-cutting processing non-circular cylindrical hole.Based on LabVIEW software graphical programming language,a human-computer interface and data pre-processing module are designed,using uniform angle approaching method to handle elliptic curve of non-circular cylindrical hole cross-section.The communication protocol between host computer and slave computer of the control system and the RS-232 serial communication program are designed.

Abstract:Based on industry PC and domestic GT400-SV multiaxis motion control card,a new open architecture numerical control shoe last machine tool was developed.The components of system hardware were proposed,and the structure of NC system application software was discussed.The software was designed and developed in the WINDOWS environment.Practicability and characteristics of open architecture were proved when shoe last machining on the control of the NC systems.

Abstract:Because of the simplicity and visualization, the configuration software has great advantage in programming. But as confined by the number of components and their associated functions within the groupware, it is very difficult to produce a software to implement functions that the groupware can not provide. Control Builder is the control configuration software made by Honeywell Corporation. After briefly introducing its programming basics, This paper proposes a new approach to program advanced control strategies using the existing groupware only. At last, temperature control application results in the cement kiln using the modern control theory strategy produced by the proposed programming approach are supplied.

Abstract:Master-slave multi-microcomputer control system based on PC-BUS for hollow spindle fancy yarn spinning on machine, mainly its overall scheme, software and hardware construction, is introduced. Spinning experiments show that the system achieves satisfactory result. This system can solve the difficulties of fusion between hollow spindle fancy yarn spinning machine and its microcomputer control.

Abstract:Influenced by scaling?off cutting, to the mass produced rods and steel tube blank, the phenomena of burr and flashing are found. If the parts are processed by manual chamfering and lathe, it is tremendously labor intensive and low efficiency. To solve the problem, an efficient double?headed automatic chamfering machine was designed based on PLC control. The structural components of the chamfering machine were introduced , the gas?liquid control diagram and the electric control schematic figure including the flow chart of software programming were described in detail. The practices have proven productivity and end quality are improved greatly be?cause the chamfering machine can be used to realize double end continuous processing although loading once.

Abstract:In this paper,we introduce the principle of metallographical cutter control system and the design method of software and hardware based on the AT89S52 singal-chip microcomputer.To the point,the selections of cutting speed and model depend on the metallic attributes,in order to avoid damaging the structure and characteristic of the metal.The applications prove that the design is excellent and the system has the advantages of perfect practicability,convenience manipulation,stabilize performance and high reliability.In practice courses,the control accuracy can meet the challenge.
