Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of the content and related substances of Hydroxyzine Hydrochloride.METHODS The HPLC system is consisted of C18 column,the mobie phase is Ammonium hydrogen phosphate(0.01mol·L-1,pH6.0):acetonitrile(60∶40).the flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1.Detection wavelength was set at 230nm,the injection volume was 20μL and column temperature was 30℃.RESULTS The calibration curve was linear in the range of 5.01～50.10μg·mL-1,r=0.9995(n=6);the limit of detection was 0.0083μg·mL-1.CONCLUSION The method was rapid,simple,accurate sensitive and suitable for the content and related substances determination of Hydroxyzine Hydrochloride.
