Development of Polarizing Device for Piezoelectric Ceramics Used in Ultrasonic Motor

Abstract:The performance of the sections in a polarized piezoelectric ceramics of an ultrasonic motor is an important factor that influences the output efficiency of the motor.In order to improve the coherence of the performance of each section in the piezoelectric ceramics,a new polarizing method is brought out and a new type of polarizing device is developed.The experiments indicate that using the polarizing device to polarize the sections in the same direction simultaneously can not only improve the coherence of piezoelectric ceramics,but also make operation easier and have better properties.
