Abstract:Pipe bending machine accuracy testing requires complex operation of supporting software using different instruments, in order to integrate the functions of multiple detection instruments into one software to simplify operation, a pipe bending machine detection system based on C++ and Java is developed. The system needs to read the instrument test data, instrument manufacturers only provide C++ development kit, Java has advantages in application development, so use joint programming, solving C++ and Java data transfer problems with Socket communication, realization of pipe bending machine detection system. Compared to traditional detection methods, the system aggregates functions into one system, reduce the cumbersome operation between processes. Select a measurement item as an example to test, prove easy operation of the whole system, simplify the inspection process, effective auxiliary testing personnel testing, It provides convenience for precision detection of pipe bender.
