Abstract:The regulation about self-defense in Chinese criminal law is diferent from other country.Justified self-defense should be interpreted as the principle self-preservation,superior interest and confirmed by law.At the light of the stander of provoking person,victims and defenders: the third person who protects the provoking person's interest would compos imaginary defense;the conducts of the third person and the provoking person could be hold as self-defense for protecting the third person,when attacker attack the third person;instigator and assistance of self-defense should not be hold as accomplice;ifself-defense if implemenited by several persons,we should distinguish itindividually.
