Abstract:As a basic criminal policy at the present stage in our country,the criminal judicial policy combining leniency with rigidity plays an important role in guiding the development of the criminal legal system of our country. The existing research results mainly focus on the interpretation or analysis of the content of the policy concentrating on the logic while ignoring the argument. The implementation of policy and its effects are rarely involved as in research methods. It focuses on qualitative analysis,ignoring the quantitative study,and the single approach of researching the policy is often adopted. The indicator system should be introduced into the study of the criminal judicial policy combining leniency with rigidity. The research on the evaluation of criminal policy should be launched through the analysis of assessability,evaluation target,and evaluation approach of the policy in order to enhance the study of the criminal policy by improving the methodology of the research.
