DEVELOPMENT OF THE FAR-INFRARED POLYESTER/BAMBOO FIBER/ACRYLIC BLENDED KNITTING YARNS

Abstract:According to the characteristics of far-infrared polyester,bamboo fiber and acrylic,together with the practical production,this paper discusses various measures that increasing the blended yarns' quality.The results show that the processing principles of the abbreviated system,multiple bale breaking,small beating,slow speed,and multiple blending are adopted in the picking process;the light quantum,middle gauge,middle speed,large transfer coefficient,and small tension draft are used in the carding process;the light quantum,slow speed,heavy pressure,straight draft,large gauge are used in the drawing process;the heavy pressure,slow speed,large gauge,middle twist,and small tension are presented in the roving process;and the middle speed,large twist factor,heavy pressure,large gauge,middle hardness rubber-covered roll,and small nip gauge are adopted in the spinning process,which can all increase the quality of blended yarns.
