Flowing and Innovation of the Value Based on the Modular Network Organization

Abstract:Modular network organization is a new type of organizational forms which created the value on the basis of the value modularity.The internal process of the value flowing in the modular network organization was comprised by four-stage which are the value of the creation,transfer,distribution and the realization.Modular network organization can achieve the value innovation by implementation of the knowledge innovation and its mechanism of the value innovation had some features which were marginal revenue increasing,customer participation and non-equilibrium etc.The enterprises in the network organization involved in the process of value innovation of the network organizations to by its own core modular elements could form and share the competitive advantages and create the network rents in the network organizations.
