Abstract:Modular network organization is one of tin-new forms of 10. It offers a network platform for knowledge flowing and technology innovation. The structural character istic of modular network organization can promote knowledge flowing and technology innovation. At the same time, knowledge flowing and technology innovation can exalt the level of modular division, impel the upgrading of network or ganization. resolve the risk of modulization and strengthen the competitive ability of modular network organization. This paper analyzes the dynamic process and operation mech anism of knowledge flowing and technology innovation in the modular network organization.
