Abstract:Preparation work,implementation work,achievements of cleaner production audit of the first extraction plant of PetroChina Huabei Oilfield Company were introduced. The results showed that 544.5×104 kW·h of electricity ,3.792×104 m3 of water and 5426.59 t of fuel oil were saved; 35.39 t of SO2 discharge was reduced; comprehensive energy consumption were reduced; sewage discharge amount was zero while its the utilization rate was raised to 100%; with completion of sewage rejection project; 1025.084×104 Yuan of economic returns was achieved.

Abstract:In view of troublesome problems influencing upon the safety of lowgrade bituminous coal firing boilers with hot air for sending pulverized coal and centralized allocatioin of the primary air, such as firecarrying in the primary air jet orifice, and slagging on the waterwall in zone of burners etc., occured after enhancement of volatile and heat value in the coal, a scheme for solving the said problems by admixing exhaust gas has been put forward. The results of design calculation combined with typical boilers, as well as test and study on the admixer of exhaust gas and hot air show that the exhaust gas can be admixed with hot air in a large proportional range, making the implementation of the said scheme to be possible.

Abstract:Water hydraulic systems use water instead of oil as a pressure medium,so well keeping the water quality for long time is the foundation of making water hydraulic system run reliably.The differences between the requirements for tap water and those for water in water hydraulics were contrasted.With the help of water treatment technique,the potentially bad influence of water on water hydraulic system and the corresponding solutions were discussed in the aspects of impurity,erode,sediment,microbe and system cleaning.A recommended water quality parameter was given for water hydraulics and an example on how to clean a water hydraulic system periodically was described.

The method was successfully applied to design fly ash classification systems in a number of power plants in China, which shows its good applicability and effectiveness.

Abstract:The safe operation of 125 MW units with hot-air conveying pulverized coal and centralized primary air is affected by the following problems such as fire-carrying in the primary air nozzle and slagging on the water-wall around burners etc. with the increasing of volatile and heat value. Generally, the pressurized cold air is added to prevent the fire-carrying, however, the exhaust gas temperature is increased by 15 ℃ or so than normal condition and the boiler efficiency reducing about 1%. Another effective way to eliminate fire-carrying is to use thick/thin phase burner to re-design the structure, with large circumferential, reducing the bluff body and adjusting the tangential of the primary incorporation. The practical application of #10 boiler in the TianShengGang Power Plant indicated that the fire-carrying problem was solved effectively without adding cold air, in spite of the volatile and heat value of the coal were somewhat increased, and the carbon fraction in fly ash and exhaust gas temperature decreased by 2.55% and 20.5 ℃ respectively, the boiler efficiency increased 2.69%. Based on this, the direct annual economic benefits will be more than 4 million, and the coal adaptability and stable combustion ability can be improved greatly.

Abstract:Abstract The high-pressure water jet cleaning technology is used in the construction of ship cleaning project. The results show that the high-pressure water jet cleaning technology can effectively eliminate pipeline fouling blockage. After cleaning, there is no residual marine organism or other fouling on the surface of pipeline, and there are no surface defects such as thinning of pipeline wall, scratches and pits caused by cleaning. The high-pressure water cleaning technology is an effective way to clean seawater pipeline.

Abstract:Waste\|heat recovery,dust removal and desulphurization multi\|function flue gas cleaner is a new type equipment.Which is all to replace the small\|and mid\|industrial boilers with low thermal efficiency and high air pollution.Based on foundation principle and characteristics introduction of multi\|function flue gas cleaner,experimental researches on pressure drop,dust removal,heat transfer and desulfurization were performed in 3000?m\+3/h scale experimental system.The results are as follows:the pressure drop of multi\|function flue gas cleaner is 618—794?Pa,dusting efficiency for 0 0639?mm particle size can reach to 82%—92%,heat transfer cofficiency is 1 5—2 2 times of conventional air preheater and boiler thermal efficiency can increase 4 8%,desulphurization efficiency is 75%.The results indicate that the multi\|function flue gas cleaner can satisfy the needs of energy saving and environment protection for industrial boiler.

Abstract:The treatment process and parameters for all structures and equipment in Lucheng Wastewater Treatment Plant were introduced. The process simplified the conventional biological contact oxidation process and was characterized by high volumetric loading, high resistance to shock loading, small amount of excess sludge, easy operation and management, and less power consumption, etc.. The effluent quality reached B-class of primary standard specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant.

Abstract:To ensure the safety of water quality, pipe network cleaning and security management are put forward higher requirements. Traditional single-phase water flushing pipe technology requires high velocity and large flow rate of water, which does not suitable for large-diameter pipes. Air and water flushing pipes are new pipeline cleaning technology, which has high efficiency, good washing effect, and can save a lot of water. The principles of airwater flushing large-diameter, large-deviation-elevation, and many- ups-and-downs pipes are described in this paper. Based on the two-phase flow theories, it analyzes complex hydraulic characteristics and control parameters for flushing pipeline. Combine with engineering practice, air and water flushing diameter of 800 mm pipeline in Shanghai city and flushing pipe parameters are introduced. The air and water flushing effect and water resource consumption reduction are analyzed, as well.

Abstract:During the green mining processes of coal energy, large amounts of coal-dust-laden air may be generated. This has caused serious health threats to mine workers. In this paper, a novel method for efficiently cleaning coal-dust-laden air was proposed. The method involved the use of air scrubbers composed of water inlet pipes, radial mixing impellers, water distribution plates, swirl vanes, and dehydrator. The radial mixing impellers were utilized to break up the water which flowed from the water inlet pipes to water distribution plates. As a result, water mist was formed, which then combined with the coal-dust-laden air, effectively sucking it using the negative pressure from the impeller rotation actions. The coal-dust-laden air and solid-liquid mixtures were moved along a certain trajectory by centrifugal force and gravity, and then discharged to the exterior. Experiments and field application processes were carried out in order to test the effectiveness of the proposed method. The experimental results showed that the dust removal efficiency of the method had reached 97.70%. In addition, the proposed method was applied to a coal preparation plant in China's Shanxi Province. The test results indicated that the average concentrations of total dust and respirable dust were found to have decreased from 71.11 to 2.89 mg/m3 and from 47.675 to 1.958 mg/m3, which met the requirements of environmental standards. Therefore, since the proposed method had not used conventional nozzles and filters, and had no requirements regarding the water quality of the coal mine, it had displayed strong adaptability and stable dust removal efficiency. The results obtained in this study showed that this new method of cleaning coal-dust-laden air was a promising measure by which to significantly improve the working environments of coal mines.Download : Download high-res image (201KB)Download : Download full-size imageA novel method to efficiently clean coal-dust-laden air method was proposed and its related equipment was developed. Abstract:Concrete structures in main coal cleaning plants have been rebuilt and reinforced in the coal mines of the Shanghai Datun Energy Sources Co. Ltd., the first colliery of the Pingdingshan Coal Co. Ltd. and the Sanhejian mine of the Xuzhou Mining Group Co. Ltd. In these projects, the operating environment and reliability of concrete structures in the main plants of the three companies were investigated and the safety of the structures inspected. Qualitative and quantitative analyses were made on the special natural, technological and mechanical environments around the structures. On the basis of these analyses, we discuss the long-term, combined actions of the harsh natural (corrosive gases, liquids and solids) and mechanical environments on concrete structures and further investigated the damage and deteriorating mechanisms and curing techniques of concrete structures in the main coal cleaning plants. Our study can provide a theoretical basis for ensuring the reliability of concrete structures in main coal cleaning plants.

Abstract:This paper illustrates the cleaner production in No.2 Natural Gas Purification Plant of PetroChina Changqing Oilfield Company;and then presents some technical measures(for example,technological modification,equipment replacement and waste utilization)aiming at existing problem.These measures include:to either fulfill some energy-saving plans with no-(or low-)cost or some cleaner production plans with middle-(or high-)cost,for example,to increase a frequency control of purified unit-air cooler,to introduce a return technique of close condensate,to purify tail gas with sulfate.At last the good effect of energy saving and emission reducing achieved after taking the measures is also summed up.
