Abstract:Shengsi Ocean Cultural Center is the important project of Shengsi County during "the 11th Five-year Plan",which adopts large span steel structure system.The working condition of large span curved beams is analyzed by MIDAS.The methods of large span curved beam about detailed design and slackening after restraint to belts are discussed.Due to the main structure is almost completed,suspension setting and splice in subzone put forward high requirements to structure design.The experience deduced could be useful in other similar large span projects.

Abstract:This paper basically introdued the experimental enhancement study on durability of concrete in wharf project. Six types of concrete were designed and producted,then the slump,compressive strength and 28 days chloride migration coefficient were tested. Then the performance of different concrete with unequal proportions was analyzed comparatively,and the concrete with the optimal ratio was applied on part of entity wharf project. The results showed that high performance concrete has a better ability of preventing chloride penetrating than the original concrete,besides,it can effectively enhance the durability of wharf project structure.

Abstract:The quality of vibro-driven cast-in-place pile got worse in the course of construction in Wenzhou.Comparing with different plans of foundation reinforcement,the rigid-flexible piles composite foundation is applied.Effective measures are taken to solve the problem of pile-soil displacement incoordination due to different elastic modulus of rigid pile,flexible pile and soil.Monitoring data shows that the load capacity and settlement have met the demands.

Abstract:The building A of Minda Plaza was adopted the SRC frame and shear wall structural system.Due to the functional need,the beams were deleted from the spindle-shape outmost frames,where the columns were arranged in an inclined orientation with the principal floor axes.The transfer story was of particular challenge,thus a new type of composite beam with encased built-up double steel sections was designed.The satisfactory performance of the new structural system was validated through quasi-static loading tests and shake-table test.The structure was exhibited to follow the failure mechanism of "strong columns,weak beams,stronger transfer beams,and the strongest connection".The steel reinforced concrete transfer beams with double-steel sections had satisfactory bearing capacity and energy dissipation capacity,suitable to meet the requirements of functional limitation.

Abstract:Combining with the project actual demands,a multifunctional high performance concrete is invented to change the concrete construction process,and the aim of long construction life,energy-saving,low carbon,environmental protection for high performance concrete is achieved finally.The characteristics of high performance concrete is introduced.The cracking problem of the shear walls with C80 concrete is researched with the project of Guangzhou East Tower.The mix proportion of high performance concrete is optimized.A serial tests are researched from the performance of new pouring concrete,compressive strength,early shrinkage and autogenous shrinkage,temperature rise of hydration,maintenance conditions.Then the good characteristics of high performance concrete are obtained.

Abstract:The Hangzhou Bay Bridge located at the typical marine corrosion environment.Research on the durability of reinforced concrete acted as an important role to evaluate the durability of the bridge.To evaluate the durability of Hangzhou Bay Bridge,we built the concrete durability field exposure station of the bridge during the construction.We collected large amount of data for evaluating the durability of Hangzhou Bay Bridge.In this paper,we summarized the experience of construction and maintenance for the field exposure station,and introduced the application of information construction and management of the exposure test station to evaluate the durability of the bridge.

Abstract:The research results of key techniques of steel-concrete box beam in Beijing South Station Viaduct are summarized in this paper, which include design method of sections with varied-width in curved composite beams, analysis of mechanical behaviors of irregular crotch of composite beams in positive and negative moment zone, optimization design and ultimate bearing capacity analysis of steel coping, ultimate bearing capacity analysis of concrete filled steel tubular column foot, and analysis of additional influence of large-diameter piles settlement on subway tunnel. Several design advises are obtained, which can give reference for similar composite beams.

Abstract:The purpose of this research is to achieve a more comprehensive understanding of load distribution in reinforced concrete structures during construction. Efforts have been made to measure and analyze loads, material properties, internal forces in shores and slabs, and displacements of structural members during the construction of a reinforced concrete slab-and-beam structure. Some phenomena and results, which have not been reported previously, were observed. Through the process and analysis of the measured data, the characteristics of load transmission (distribution) in the time-dependent structure have been obtained. It has been found that the newly cast slab will gradually carry some of its own weight during its curing process. This then causes the construction loads to redistribute between the slab and other pans of the time-dependent structure.

Abstract:Along with the continuous development of the bridge construction techniques,the support-free capping beam technique has been widely applied to various areas.Take the capping beam construction of west side approach-bridge of Shanghai A15 Highway Min-Pu Bridge as an example,the on site experimental research of formwork mechanical property during the construction of large-bridge support-free capping beam has been conducted.By using strain rosettes to record the stress-strain behaviors of formwork at different positions,the stress distribution is inspected during the pouring,curing and erecting process of concrete capping beam and the normal stress and shear stress values of some feature points of capping beam formwork are obtained during pouring construction process.Finally,the formwork mechanical properties during the support-free capping beam construction process have been studied.

Abstract:The hydration temperature rise and shrinkage of concrete were alleviated because of rationality of raw materials choice and proportion optimization in the third phase project of International Trade Center.Furthermore,the full-scale model test was carried out and showed that the concrete proportion and curing and construction methods can be applied in the massive concrete foundation slab of the main tower.Besides,in the construction of foundation slab,several management measures were executed strictly to make the concrete have a good quality.

Abstract:When the late-poured band,which usually is reserved to solve the problem of concrete cracking caused by temperature stresses in the process of pouring the mass concrete,is constructed by inverse construction method,the traditional method is to installing the transfer band or temporary upright post.But the traditional method is an uneconomical method that often delays the construction schedule.A new type of structure called steel reinforced concrete composite beam were put forward in the paper to solve above problem.Meanwhile,finite element software were used to calculate and analyze the new type structure of steel reinforced concrete composite beam theoretically,including the bending resistance,shear resistance,pressure resistance and overall structural behavior.Besides,the detail structure stresses of the anchorage zone were also analyzed accurately by three-dimensional finite element software.Consequently,the most suitable anchorage length was identified as 1.0 m(that is two times of the beam's height).
