Abstract:The present paper attributes the order of law in human society to practice patters and the structure of social economy,the former of which is the theory of historical ontology,while the latter is the basis of reality.The order of law reflects the determined state of the structure of social economy,and meanwhile exits as a special autonomic field with relative independence.The order of law has a complicated mapping mechanism for the structure of social economy.
