Abstract:Marx's conception on burgher society experienced a historical course of evolution.After 1844,the conception of the burgher society ever used in the sense of "bourgeois society" was increasingly reduced to "production relations of society" or "economic structure of society".Viewing from a logical angle,Marx's "reduction" is actually the "promotion" to the understanding of the burgher society,because the burgher society in the sense of "bourgeois society" is based on the understanding of its extension and belongs to the extensional definition;but the burgher society in the sense of "production relations" is based on the understanding of its connotation and belongs to the connotative definition.From extension to connotation,it shows a logic progressing way of Marx in researching the burgher society,and this has embodied the high degree of unification of logic and epistemology.

Abstract:The change from the cosmism of ancient Greek to the theory of occasional existence of the God freely creating the world has brought the generations of the people great impact on their circumstances and the structure of temperament,in which the multiplying of the psychological mood on hate has been involved.In the point of view on phenomenology of hate and historical sociology,the psychological mood on hate urges the people to desire to construct resolutely a new order of technical rationality in their generation through a kind of technical means based on their own rational ability in order to realize the dream of equality and freedom under the conversational circumstances of the occasional existence.

Abstract:<Abstrcat> Social free order consists of mental free order and legal free order; the former is constructed by aesthetic morality theory, while the latter, by political justice. Yet both cannot separate from each other. In Chinese culture, the establishment of mental free order has been paid too much attention to, and the function of aesthetic morality theory has been overstated. Therefore, we must attach greater importance to the establishment of legal free order, that is, legal free order must has priority over menal free order in the course of modernization drive. In this way, we can build a really harmonious society.

Abstract:Legal order originated in a land-centered agricultural society, having now gone through a market-centered industrial society and a network-centered information society. With the rise of the intelligent society, it is transforming into an algorithmcentered legal order of an intelligent society. The "digital" "networking" "intelligent" revolution brought by the intelligent technologies including big data, cloud computing, the Internet, blockchain, and artificial intelligence (AI), has been causing critical challenges to the current legal order, and has generated powerful momentum for construction of fresh legal order featuring scientificness, people centeredness, justice, inclusiveness and co-governance. Construction of such a new jurisprudential legal order to solve this intelligent society's "governance deficit" is an urgent task. There is a need to set up a new foundation on which an intelligent society can build steady and lasting progress.

Abstract:Social relationship is in nature a There are two forms of interchanging relationship： differences on the objective connotations, nature, relatedness of interchanging between people and people. contracted and un -contraeted. The two forms have some procedure, as well as the impartial principle of interchan-ging. Human society has experienced an evolution from un -contracted to contracted interchanging, and the former one is the beginning of the human social relationship while the latter one is the product of advanced so- cial relationship. In the process of human societal evolution, law was rising from contract between strangers and provided a protection of contract interchanging between strangers. Therefore, an intergrowth occurs be- tween law and contract. When law has brought the contract interchange relatedness into its field, it thus has separated from un - contracted relatedness. And this separation forms a tension between law and un - contract- ed interchanging.

Abstract:The rising of administrative theory has extended the analytical structure of relation between a country and its citizen society. It goes beyond the traditional confrontation between liberalism and statism and noticeably shows willingness and feasibility of realizing positive-sum game relation between a country and its citizen. Abstract:So-called structure refers to a relatively fixed relationship,either specific difference or similarity,between elements.Structure the concept bears fundamental features such as dual comparability and relatively fixed characteristics,and non-fundamental features,multiple possibility and changing possibility.Recognition of specific structure depends on structural perspective,while the discovery of structural perspective depends both on individual's conditions and on social conditions.The concept of structure in the sense of collectivity falls in dilemma because it takes collectivity and element as its precondition,while it conflicts with itself in change feature due to its premise of static dual comparability.Structural analysis regards classical inductive logic as its basis,so only through combining contradiction analysis,systematic analysis and process analysis can structural analysis avoid its own weaknesses.

Abstract:The premise of international structure is anarchy  or the structure of international relations under the anarchy. Nevertheless when studying the definiton of international structure domestic scholars pay less attention to its premise. When studying the basic characteristics of international structure they tare much more interests in the structure instead of the process. In western chief theories on international relations neo-realism lays stress on the study of structure while neo-liberalism the exposition of process. Abstract:In modern nations, policy-making and governing take three forms: administrative governing model, multi-doctrine model and policy network model. As a new analytical framework of administration, policy network model, on one hand, stresses the role of formal and informal systems and structures in policy-making and governing. On the other hand, it emphasizes the effect of policy-makers’ interests expression on policy-making and governing. Policy network model is meant to combine system analysis with rational selective analysis, trying to work out some sets of dialectical relationships and examine how action-takers in given context, change the pattern of policy-making and governing while improve the learning ability of the policy.

Abstract:This paper locates social structure of accumulation (SSA) theory in relation to traditional Marxism. It then applies SSA theory to analyze the current trajectory of system transformation in the global system. Drawing lessons from the global crisis of the 1930s, it uses SSA theory to illuminate the causes and possible consequences of the system transformation that now appears to be developing—a transformation that may be replacing parliamentary democracies by right-wing nationalist repressive regimes in many countries.

Abstract:Over the past decade, a new structuralism has begun to emerge in organizational theory. This exciting new research program draws inspiration from the social structural tradition in sociology, but extends that tradition by more broadly conceptualizing social structure as comprised of broader cultural rules and meaning systems as well as material resources—revealing the subtleties of both overt and covert power. Building on the insights of Bourdieu and related work in social theory and cultural sociology, new structuralist empirical research focuses on concrete manifestations of culture in everyday practice and has pioneered the measurement of cultural aspects of social structure using a variety of relational methods. In this essay, we revisit mid-century social structural approaches to organizations, review the development of organization theory as a management subfield that increasingly focused on instrumental exchange, highlight key aspects of the new structuralism in organizational theory, and discuss promising new research directions.

Abstract:The communication of meaning as different from (Shannon-type) information iscentral to Luhmann's social systems theory and Giddens' structuration theory ofaction. These theories share an emphasis on reflexivity, but focus on meaningalong a divide between inter-human communication and intentful action as twodifferent systems of reference. Recombining these two theories into a theoryabout the structuration of expectations, interactions, organization, andself-organization of intentional communications can be simulated based onalgorithms from the computation of anticipatory systems. The self-organizingand organizing layers remain rooted in the double contingency of the humanencounter which provides the variation. Organization and self-organization ofcommunication are reflexive upon and therefore reconstructive of each other.Using mutual information in three dimensions, the imprint of meaning processingin the modeling system on the historical organization of uncertainty in themodeled system can be measured. This is shown empirically in the case ofintellectual organization as "structurating" structure in the textual domain ofscientific articles.
